I had a wonderful stay at DeLaSol Sapa this summer. The room was big and clean. Their staff was really amazing. They upgraded my room and I've got a nice view. The hotel is just a few minutes' walks from Sapa Station to Fansipan and the center. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who will go to Sapa.

Fantastic hotel with majestic view. ”
We came in late at night and Ms. Lan was really good to take care of me and my 2 boys. We checked in to Family Room with Mountain View at the highest floor. Breakfast was good and of good quality. Staff are all nice and polite. We enjoyed every single bit of the hotel.

Move over, M Gallery… DeLaSol is a boutique hotel that has been upgraded and features some of the best dining, especially classical French cuisine, in Sapa. Good selection of wines as well. Excellent view, great location, I’ll be back.

We stayed 2 nights. This hotel looks very new and classy. The rooms were big and clean. We had balcony for each rooms. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast were simple and delicious. Nice hotel with nice view if you request for higher rooms.

The rooms is on great location not far from Sun plaza around 5 min by walk. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Staff could not understand English that much but it's not the ploblem. Surounding by restaurant and massage shop.

The staff kept asking me to pay for a laundry bag that I didn’t use. I tried to tell them that it might have fallen off somewhere in the room and they should check again. But they insisted that the room had been fully equipped before I got in, so if the laundry bag was missing, it would definitely be my doing. I refused to pay so they had to check again and FOUND it! And they didn’t apologize to me after that. Very bad staff attitude!

Hotel location is good. Many restaurants and shops at door step. Sapa city centre within walking distance. Check in was quite smooth. We were given hot ginger tea upon arrival which is very much appreciated as it was so cold when we arrived! Room is spacious with a balcony which provided a mountain view. Breakfast is decent but coffee and tea is not hot! There is power outage on our first night and no water to shower! No response or support from hotel staff despite numerous calls to the front desk. Hotel should ensure there is staff to support hotel guests in the night time. It can be frustrating if no assistance or help is available especially in times of emergency.

One of the few big hotels in SAPA”
I would highly recommend this place. As it's clean and has a great view for this particular room type. However, during my stay there was lots of mist/haze due to the winter season. Room is big and clean. Bed is great. TV is good. Water Heater and air condition is working great. The only downside will be the service isn't that great for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast is pretty simple. Nothing special. The bathroom is always extremely cold especially during winter. It's weird how the bathroom is forever freezing cold. But the room isn't with the heater.
