Excellent Resort Hotel, Exceptional Customer Service”
My husband and I were so impressed with the high level of cleanliness, spacious room/suite (with jacuzzi), exceptional customer service, good quality and reasonably-priced food , very comfortable bed, and premium beddings and furnishings. Pick-ups and transfers to and from the airport have been seamless. Very good amenities, and the Nespresso machine made me feel like I'm at home. Excellent spa service. Top notch location: powdery white sand beachfront, quiet at night since it's far from the busy part of the island. The entire team gave us a truly world-class, memorable experience -- from the pick-up/transfer staff to the hotel and beachfront crew-- they were all very warm, attentive and accommodating. Would highly recommend Discovery Shores Boracay.

First Home at Boracay! And will always be our Home at the Island!”
After we got married last 2019, we haven't yet taken our honeymoon trip. Lots of challenges on our first year plus the pandemic on second and third year! But we managed to get pass them all with the Lord's grace... So...we decided to plan our very first honeymoon at Boracay! First time to visit Boracay as well. We were excited but didn't expect that this trip will be on the next level...😅 Being an OC me, I planned our flight, accommodation and activities for our whole stay months before. For our accomodation, I chose Discovery Shores Boracay because of its location (lapit lang s top notch restaurants in the island plus we can avail activities easily) and with really good reviews. Little did I know that the reviews I saw were underrated! Haha. I was thinking na "Ok... the usual lang n accommodation...check-in and check out and that's it." ■Prior a week before our arrival I already mailed DSB regarding our stay and flight details. They responded right away (within 4 hrs) and confirmed that transfers were arranged already and reminded us as well the requirements upon arrival like Tourist Arrival Form, Valid IDs, etc. ■During arrival, we were welcomed by their staff (In a cool tone uniform. Cute! ). "Good afternoon Ma'am/Sir...", Asking thoughtfully... "How was your flight Ma'am/Sir?" Didn't expect na exclusive for the two of us lang yung transfers. 🤭 ■1st Ride - Coaster. They always ensure that you sanitized your hand by spraying alcohol before getting inside the Coaster. They also tagged your baggages. ■2nd Ride - Speed Boat. They also ensure you were given wet towels and sprayed with alcohol again prior entering the boat. I remeber Ms. Julie who welcomed us too and attend us with refreshments and crinkles. Hihi. ■3rd Ride - Van. Again, sanitize with alcohol. They were also careful with the baggage transfer. Kudos mga koya. ■Kaka-open lang namin ng door ng Van. BEST IN BORACAY”
It's a bit more expensive than most hotels in Boracay but you get your money's worth and so much more! PROS: - SEAMLESS TRANSFERS - VIP TREATMENT ~ They give free towels, water and cookies during the boat ride. You don't have to wait in line. The staff is amazing. - THE ROOM HAS EVERYTHING WE NEEDED ~ Nespresso machine with unlimited pods basically. Spacious. Early check in at 10am was approved. We had an early flight so this helped out a lot. - DAILY ACTIVITIES FOR KIDS ~ From 4-5PM, parents can leave them at the playroom for a productive activity - POOL IS AWESOME ~ Lifeguard available. 4 of their staff goes to the pool with trays every day. One sprays Evian on your face, one gives you a cold towel and cucumbers for your eyes, one gives fruits on sticks and one gives snacks on sticks. THIS IS BEYOND OUR IMAGINATION. Oh not to mention Paul who goes around cleaning our sunglasses. PRICELESS. - 360 BAR has jacuzzis overlooking the sunset. AMAZING. - LOUNGING BY THE BEACH ~ Staff will give you snacks and water, towels without you asking them NO CONS. Try it.

Five star service”
I have stayed in luxury hotels around the world and the service here is comparable to the best of the best. The staff were attentive and sincere. They go out of their way to make the guests feel welcome and comfortable. The premium suite was well appointed. The Terra Spa is excellent and world class. Highly recommended. The food is good. But the wine selection can use some improvement. All in all a great place to stay in Boracay.

Still unbeatable as best resort in Boracay”
We had an amazing stay! The airport transfer was a breeze, the staff made it so easy and we did not have to wait in line. It was so helpful especially since we were travelling with young children. Thank you DSB for granting our request for 1-BR premier located near the pool - it was having jacuzzi during sunset and also at night while stargazing. During breakfast our table was setup near the bar so we had unobstructed view of the beach. Everywhere the staff was so attentive. My children enjoyed playing with their sand toys - but this is in first come basis. The food in the breakfast buffet was also amazing. If having in-room service for dinner, please order early - the kitchen can get quite busy. Massage in the spa was superb., don't forget to book one before you leave. The pool got crowded on our last day but was understandable as it was a weekend. Thanks DSB and see you again!

Best Boracay vacation, ever!”
Everything about Discovery is just amazing. Topnotch service. Rooms are big and clean. The hotel is beautiful. Their beachfront is heavenly. So many special thoughtful details on how to make their clients feel special and cared for. Special mention to Melvin who helped us with our planning, from acquiring the tourist boracay q.r. code, to our transfer, welcoming us, checking us-in, checking on our needs daily, reserving us to restaurants, booking our shuttle service to and fro our dining places, up to the time we took our transfer back to the airport-- he was there for us. Its good to note as well that even the rest of the staff- from the front desk to the beach/ pool attendants, to restaurant attendants, housekeeping, shuttle drivers/ transfer attendants, all of them are happy to serve their clients, helpful and courteous. So many things i can write in detail but id rather have the reader experience them bit by bit when they go and visit. 😍 We love our unforgettable experience in Discovery Shores Boracay. ❤ cant wait for our next visit.

WORTH EVERY PENNY! ♥”
It is our first time in Boracay. We were there last December 20-22 for our honeymoon. I am surprised that the staffs were very accommodating. They always keep our room clean and tidy. We always have complimentary foods and the staffs always greet us with a smile. Before our vacation ends, I suddenly had a diarrhea because of the isaw that we had from Station 2. I experienced LBM and slight vomiting. Me and my hubby requested the hotel to drop us on nearby Watson to buy medicine. There's no erceflora there that time. Upon returning to our room, I found out that the area where I (vomited) was not cleaned well. So I have to call it to the reception to request for room cleaning. Fast forward I told them what happened and they ask if I need something or how I am feeling.. I told them that I am already okay and asked if the have erceflora. Thank God that they have!! They also have a private nurse to monitor me on our whole stay. Thanks to Ms. Jen! This hotel is worth every peso. From transfers to location, to room service and up to breakfast!

My family always loved to stay here due to the superb services they provide. Nothing like the care and additional details they provide (morning and afternoon bite snacks, nightly treats, etc.). The staff are super attentive and make sure to take good care of your needs. Rooms are lovely and extremely comfortable. Breakfast is also very good! No complains. This is our home in Boracay as always.

We travelled with 2 kids. The transfer from/to airport was a breeze and was so convenient! No hassle waiting in line, the staff was there at each point to assist us. The massage we had in their spa was amazing if not the best I had in my life hahha! We enjoyed breakfast by the beach. We requested to be seated in front of the bar and the view was awesome. The staff was the best, great service! Tip: request for room near the pool area. If youre having room service, order early the kitchen can get quite busy. I know i wont be able to do the resort+our experience justice with this review. Thank you, I just wish we could have stayed for another day!

Perfect location, amazing food, the best views!”
From the moment we arrived the resort staff were extremely kind and made the check-in experience stress free. Our room (123) was very nice and beautifully decorated with a large comfy bed. The pool, bar, restaurant, and bars are everything you could want plus more. The best party about this resort is the flow of how the resort is setup with the pool and bar area basically connected to the beach which creates a perfect luxurious environment with views of mountains and beaches.

Always a pleasure to stay at Discovery Shores! Big and clean rooms, comfortable beddings, generous breakfast buffet, and the private atmosphere. But the main reason i stay here is because of the service. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Special shout out to Francis and Joms for serving us the best cocktails; Jigs and Jenil for keeping us fresh while sunbathing; and Latrell for accommodating our requests. Can’t wait to go back. 🥰

Exceptional”
Discovery remains to be a phenomenal hotel in Boracay. Rooms, food, and location. But the outstanding quality of Discovery would be the personnel! They are friendly and very helpful. My partner injured his foot before the trip, got sunburned during our stay and is recovering well thanks to the assistance of the hotel. The staff in particular - front desk, shuttle services, and bartenders made our Boracay trip more than pleasant and definitely memorable. I can’t thank them enough! They also made it easy to go through the QR process and the wait was negligible, very short. We highly recommend Discovery and would love to come back again.

Everything was excellent except that there are no lounge beds / chairs on the beach. The staff will put some fabric on the sand for their guests to lounge on. Choose a spot where you want to lounge. The service is excellent.

Mommies and Daddies you will be pleasantly surprised at how amazing this place is for kids. Pool is always warm, there's a jacuzzi too, so no matter what time or what season, it's always pleasant. The staff are exceptional, the place is beautiful and the play room is great. And best of all the beach front is incredible. We'll be back!
