Staffs are kind and accommodating. They even let me to stay in my room even if it's not yet 12NN. By the way, this is my second time in this place. Affordable rooms, there's a water heater, wifi, aircon, and comfy bed. The room is clean and neat the moment I enter.

I booked through Agoda and got a good deal for 6 nights. This had been my 3rd time staying in Dormitels Earnshaw and as for the room, even though it is small but its surprisingly comfortable (I prefer rooms on the ground floor). The staffs are friendly and amazing too. Good location. Highly recommended for travellers on a budget.

In our 2weeks of stay in Dormitels-Espanya, we were accomodated by their staff very well. Whenever we have request/s, they'll give it as long as they have enough resources to provide our needs. They even let us borrow their plates so we won't buy from outside anymore. They are also very quick to answer our queries (even petty things). My only concern is that some guests are inconsiderate with their actions(jumping in the hallway, knocking on our door in the middle of the night, actually that was already past midnight) but that's not the fault of the hotel tho. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and its worth the penny. Hats off to the staff esp to ate joy and kuya (na lagintaga palit ng bedsheet namin)

Enjoyed our stay here! We actually only stayed here for ~12hrs after our flight to Manila while waiting for our overnight bus to Banaue. I noticed they had bad reviews before we booked but we did not experience any of those things and would highly recommend. Good location: right by the bus terminal and close to other small (non-touristy) restaurants, 7/11, + laundry. Was a 10min walk to the university area where there are Mcdonalds, Subway, etc. Could use GRAB for further distances. Our room was small but clean and exactly what we needed with TV, good AC, and warm shower. No cockroaches like the other reviews said (there were cockroaches in almost all the hostels we stayed at in the Philippines though... sort of have to get over it!) Bed was comfy and we were able to sleep during the day. Staff is SUPER friendly. We arrived earlier than our checkin time- they let us store our bags and gave us directions to nearby restaurants and the laundromat. Even gave us 2 free beers later on to enjoy 🙂 We sort of wished we would have been able to stay longer! Definitely recommend
