This is the second cheapest accommodation in metro Manila. For its price, you get more of what you paid. The clean is room, the walls and bunks are newly painted. The wall painting is refreshing. There is also a balcony where guest can drink alcohol and talk and meet with other traveller's. And the area is under renovation, I might visit it again in the future. Highly recommended for backpackers...

I stayed in the quadroom and the experience was awesome. There is a balcony and also a roof top where you can have a great view of Manila especially at night. The aircon is new. Bring your jacket.. Highly recommended

The signage is small but if you see a floral painted building thats it. There should be signage , going up to their main reception and the signage. Also, they should not allow traffic/police officer to use their main entrance on the ground floor as a office. Not EVERY tenants are happy seeing police especially when its inside the building premises already. I know its hot outside and I'm trying to be considerate. So far my experience was indeed great. And they offer free tower. :D. For the price of 144PHP. Free tower is a good deal. I hope they will have shower heaters in the near future . LOLS
