Nice warm Hilton great staff food decent location”
This is a decent Hilton. Me and my wife got the room really cheap so we were really pleased with it. Location is good if you have a car. We used the hotel as a base for visiting Bristol & Bath. The Hotel is £10 taxi to Bristol Parkway for visiting Bath. The Hotel was warm & clean and room service was excellent. All the staff were really helpful and kind. Please note Parking is free for Hilton Honors loyalty card members (I think it is £5 per night for non-members) and you get a free newspaper for Hilton Honors members too. The breakfast is excellent! Really filling! Please note you can't a specialiality coffee at Breakfast only tea or coffee in pots to add your own milk and sugar. If I was being critical the Hotel is a little dated, but overall it's a UK 4 star and really good rate and value!!

You will find everything you can find in a standard Hilton hotel. So no surprise. I did not realise that it was so far from airport. It is actually located ouside Bristol and was not convenient for me. Rooms are clean and large enough. Beds are comfortable.

Typical standard Hilton - nothing bad to mention”
Not my first time there It is a typical Hilton with all you can find in such hotel. I did like the swimming pool but unfortunately the fitness room was closed for some maintenance work (would have been good to be informed at time of booking !) Rooms are fine. Temperature was cold outside but warm in the room. Only bad things but it is also Hilton standard (!!!) : breakfast is overpricy and internet connexion not free ! They charge a fortune - something like 15 pounds for 24 hours. I find it is not acceptable in the 21th century !!!

Very happy with stay!”
We stayed here following a lovely day at Bristol Zoo and we were had a booking at The Wave Pool early the next day. It was a fab location for The Wave early doors.. staff were very accommodating and the room was very clean. Thank you!

We have always enjoyed staying at the Hilton, The Hotel is in a very quiet location and very warm and welcoming. We would definately recommend it to our friends. Only downside is, there is a charge for parking, a night which is not mentioned on the site.

Good hotel but queuing for reception & dinner bad ”
The hotel reception position should be located elsewhere because there is only a small passageway between reception and the main staircase and arriving guests are pushed back under the stairs when coach parties are going through for dinner, especially when they have to queue as well because the restaurant doors are still locked at 7 p.m. in the evening. Our room was ok for cleanliness but we heard other guests complaining about the dirty condition of family rooms. Hilton Bristol Hotel could do better!

Hilton standard - no surprise”
It is a Hilton so you have no surprise with the standards that are good. A little bit expensive especially they dont offer free internet and parking is not free. That is a shame as both internet and parking are overpriced

Hotel w good facilities”
Hotel is located a little bit away from the airpot but is easily accessible. Parking is just in front of the door. Rate did include breakfast that was fine. Hotel has also a gym center that is enough equipped. Swimming pool is fine too. About the room : large with sofa and double bed. So did appreciate it. Bad point is reception is not very warm

Weekend visit”
We had a wonderful weekend. The hotel room was really clean and smart. The bed was huge and incredibly comfy, we had the best nights sleep! Drinks in the bar are on the pricey side but the ambience made up for it. We would definately stay again.

Disappointed "No Communication in advance"”
Booked this hotel as we had stayed before and are happy to pay more than others in the area due to having access to the health and fitness facilities, however on arrival we discovered the facilities were closed for refurbishment. This was evidently planned works that had be scheduled for some time however this was never made aware to us in advance of the stay and alternatives were not offered. At check in, only after raising the point with the receptionist were we offered complimentary wi-fi in our room :( as some form of compensation? This resulted in us having to change our plans and then find ways to entertain 2 young children who were looking forward to having a swim.........

Big hotel, has relaxation area with pool. Huge rooms, bar in the lobby. Quite good range of options for breakfast. If hotel is used for party try to get a room a bit away from the lobby.

Clean and modern. Good facilities including pool (book a time slot for this and the gym) large quiet room and comfy bed. Great for a stopover on a long journey as close to motorways.

The stay is good but I was surprised that I was charged for the car parking as I thought car parking is included when I booked the hotel. Perhaps miscommunication but the info on the website is definitely not clear but the charge.
