Great short stay for a couple”
We had a lovely visit. The staff were helpful, the rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was well worth it. As a coeliac, I am always weary of what a hotel will supply. I was so surprised to be offered a full selection of individually wrapped GF breads, bowls of fruits, cereals and my own toaster to use. All under a designated section of the breakfast table titled "Gluten Free". I had given the hotel no indication that I was Coeliac and I was so grateful for what they had supplied. My husband and I will visit again.

Suite was lovely. Large room with bath and 4 poster bed. Good air con on a hot night. Quiet. Dark. Decorating could be updated but just wasn’t too my taste. Nice friendly staff. Toilet door was glass. Not sure why hotels do this. Good location. Enjoyable stay

Very helpful staff”
The hotel is very clean and welcoming, the staff is polite and professional and the cuisine is also good. I really liked the style of the furniture and the know-how of the staff. Stefania helped us despite our thousand requests with passion and vivacity. I saw in her the same passion that I have in my flight attendant job and it was nice. One only negative note is the breakfast that is provided in the box in the room for anti covid rules and it is only sweet. the products are of very good quality but nothing to do with a normal hilton buffet breakfast.

Everything was more than okay. The room was beautiful, bed comfortable, very clean sheets and towels, large bathroom, very polite and kind staff. The hotel exceeded my expectations.

Like this hotel. Breakfast is very good. Staff are polite and helpful. Not in central London and priced very competitively as a result. Bed comfortable. Overall well managed.

Nice hotel, great location, 3 minutes walking distance from Deptford Bridge station. Lack of parking space. Clean and tidy room with AC. Friendly staff. Nice bathroom.

We stayed in the Junior Suite which was very big and spacious! Although I found it a bit strange that the bathtub was in the main room, and the bathroom itself was very small. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was good.

Nice hotel at an excellent price”
This is very nice hotel, staff are excellent, location is a bit out of London centre, but the price more than compensates. Rooms are spacious & clean, beds are comfortable. Bathroom is modern and clean, water pressure good. Their restaurant is excellent, seems a bit expensive at first, but once you look around london you cant get good food any cheaper. Room has a bar fridge, particularly handy if you wand to buy goodies for breakfast. Overall a good stay & will return when next in london.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, all staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect, we were given room number 4 which was a themed safari room, it was very comfortable which met all our requirements. We had breakfast at the hotel which was lovely although it was very busy the staff made sure our needs were very well looked after with fresh filter coffee and tea.

Excellent hotel in quiet location ”
Lovely hotel in a period building giving a lovely boutique feel. Rooms and bathrooms beautifully appointed. Fantastic breakfast and cosy bar area. Walkable from the DLR. Would strongly recommend. Our only negative experience is that the bed was too soft, not ideal when you suffer from a bad back!

We were staying for 2 nights for our daughter's wedding. All of the staff made us all most welcome from check in through to check out. Rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Breakfast buffet had a wide selection of good food. Special thanks to Samarpita (front desk); Flavio and Ann (F&B) for wonderful service. We would definitely stay here again.

The Receptionist”
The receptionist did everything possible to assist with my check-in. She really deserves to be in management. Her patience and kindness towards me and the other guest were superior. She took her time to explain details about my stay, room and services offered. Samerpita is her name be sure to ask for her. The bartender who took my order for dinner was also so very nice.
