Great location”
Great location for staying right in American Village which was the purpose of this trip. Hotel room was very clean and had a great maid service. Front desk staff was very helpful. I would skip breakfast because it was very over priced and there are many options outside of the hotel. We didn't get to go in the pool as the weather did not permit but I would stay here again. Parking lot was soo easy to access

This hotel is a little pricey, but the location is great! It is right in the middle of American village. We were in the midst of everything, but the sea wall area was very quiet when we needed some R&R. The room was clean. The staff was great and professional. We didn’t try the hotel’s restaurant because the food choices in American village was plentiful. We tried Bollywood and it was pretty good. All in all great stay!

One of our best stays ever. Everything was as expected-and even exceeded expectations. The staff, April in particular, were courteous and always happy to help. The facilities, especially the pools, were splendid, as was the room. I've run out of superlatives for the resort; that's how great it is!

I'd recommend”
I enjoyed my stay at the Double Tree Hilton. The room was decent. The hotel was very modern and beautiful I love the design. Also, I enjoyed the fact that I still had access to the other Hilton across the street. The buffet there was great! Seafood buffet was awesome! The bed was very comfortable. The on demand movies was cool too. The staff was very professional and polite. The only con I have is the tub could of been cleaner and the bar was not open at night when I went. Otherwise, great stay!

Great hotel with ocean view and USAF fighters!”
Situated next near Kadena Base, immediately available is American Village and great food/view nearby. The Hilton hotel has main building, and DoubleTree is situated separately right next to ocean. The room, facility, and view are awesome. Best for couples and family vacation. Car parking is sufficient with around 10 covered parking slot

Easy walk to American Village where there is lots of shopping, food, and entertainment options. Helpful staff and wonderful breakfast buffet. Enjoy sunset from close beach, sidewalk cafes, or on rooftop bar. I would stay there again.

I book here to use swimming pool and roof bar having a great view, but cannot use them well. They said it's not operating the swimming pool in the winter season, probably December ~. and the roof bar, so cold at night .. nobody there ;( And only can available to use inner swimming pool and something more in the Hilton main hotel, not dubletree. so I regret and should have booked the Hilton main hotel. Anyway, the staff were so kind and easy to access to American Village. . That's all.

Great service but basic setup”
pro: amazing seaview new hotel friendly staff with good level of English (much better than a lot of hotels in Japan) lots of parking space excellent location con: Smal swimming pool Breakfast is not recommended. Limited choice and very small buffet area. Suggest they can change to set breakfast if space is a concern I visited the hotel before and after typhoon. Damage of typhoon to the hotel is very signifant, as their air coniditoning is out of service for 2 days.

For families with babies, not recommended!!”
Despite requested while booking, no crib and towels and slippers for my 1.5yr old baby and 4yr old kids until I asked the front desk again. No sterilizer can be provided and restaurant staff has no idea how to sterilize milk bottle and even gave me a face when I asked for help. No in-room dining services while we can only stay in hotel due to typhoon. We stayed for 2 nights. Room is new and clean. Most of the staff are nice. But for families with babies, not recommended!

基本的には素晴らしいホテルです。 しかしながら、お風呂の四隅のカビが気になりました。仕方ない部分もあるとは思いますが...。 他は清潔感もありスタッフも良く、朝食も美味しかったです。
