Close to train and bus station. Essentially a capsule room, lockable under bed big and fit large suitcase and other bags. Definitely make sure to pick up earplugs at reception as shutters going up and down will wake you otherwise.

Everything was great. Location, staff, cleaniness, capsules size, security lockers, shower room. Except there are only one washing machine for 2 floors of male, it was insufficient for one night staying travellers.

My stay was great! Minor issues but ignorable! If you're taller than 5'11", you'll have a difficult time being comfortable in the capsule.

Nice stay”
The capsule room had enough space. You can store your luggage under it and close it with a key, so it's really safe. It's 5 minutes from the station and you have a lot of shops around. It's a pity there are only 2 showers for 1 floor but because there were not a lot of people during my stay it was fine.

The compartment is quite spacious and we do not feel cooped up. However the compartment is quite warm at night, I actually woke up in the middle of the night to pull the shade up to cool myself for 30min before falling back to sleep again.

It is a new place very close to train station , but it is a little bit like capsule hotel and it is not cheap , so if you have better choice maybe hostel would be better.

Great Find”
I stayed at Drop Inn only one night. This experience was amazing from the moment I arrived. It is only a 3 minute walk from the Tottori station. The whole facility is clean and the capsules are very spacious. The hotel provides everything you might need besides a full kitchen for you to use as it has its own cafe. The winning factor for me was the staff. They were all so very helpful. There were two females there who’s English was better than their male counterparts but that did not stop any of them from taking care of my needs and questions. I’m so glad I found this hotel. As far as sightseeing, as a JR pass holder, Tottori is not the most convenient. The hotel is a 370 yen and 30 min bus ride from the sand dunes. To the Uradome Coast, it will take about 45 min and 610 yen by bus. Because I couldn’t bare this expense both ways, I took the jr train from oiwa but that will mean a bit of walking and planning because the trains don’t run so often. This was absolutely fine for me.

Value of Money than expected”
It's cheaper than business hotel or day rental room in Japan, but for Drop Inn Tottori made me impressed. The cabin is quite nice with lots of space. Wifi and breakfast is all included. The location is closed to station and bus terminal so it's really convenient. The staff is helpful to suggest the sightseeing or onsen. Anyway, I also highly recommend sightseeing taxi (3hrs for 2000yen wherever you want) at station travel information.

Lovely place”
Drop Inn hostel is a very nice place to stay. Everything is there. The room and all areas are very clean as I noticed. There is even a hand sanitizer next to the lift. You can also keep your food or drink in a fridge at the common room (just put your name on it). Unfortunately, you have to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Overall, it's great. I'll surely come to this hostel if I'm to visit Tottori again :)

Drop Inn TOTTORI is located close to the JR line and bus station, very convenient. Bed is comfortable and they provide lovely breakfast as well - free flow coffee, toast, eggs. Hostel is very chic decorated.

Very Quiet and clean”
The room is very quiet and clean. There are places for you to hang clothes and a deep drawer to keep your stuff. Under the capsule you can keep your luggage. The rooms is spacious enough to sleep comfortably. But it is not soundproof, i can hear ppl snoring :). You can borrow earphone from front desk to watch tv in the room. They provide facial wash,toner, moisturizer,cotton pad, iron curler and hair dryer in the female shared bathroom. Breakfast included - thick toast. butter or jam, Juice/coffee/tea are available. Very near to Tottori station. Just few minutes walk. Staff is very fluent in English.

3 mins walk from tottori jr station, easy to be discovered. Hotel is very new, with nice staffs who can speak English. The capsule is spacious, clean and tidy. Toilet and bathroom is clean. Everything is so good, I'll definitely stay here again when I visit tottori

If you are a solo traveler or a backpacker this is a perfect place to stay in Tottori. Very close to Tottori station. A lot of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. There is a vending machine and washing machine at the hostel. The room was also nice. Right size

Perfect place to stay in Tottori”
Totally easy and walk able location from Tottori Station. Room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Bathroom is perfectly clean and easy to maneuver. Dormitory is not noisy, washing machine and vending machine is available at the hostel. Amenities is complete. Breakfast is available. Reception staff is somewhat okay but not so friendly.

I LOVE YOUR FLOOR RAG THING”
I love this place so much. It was nice, beautiful and easy to get to. They provide delicious water to fill your bottle up and if you want, 200yen for breakfast. The bed was very comfortable for a big size person to sleep in and there's a TV too. The showers were amazing and I love the soil? carpet/floor rag thing when you come out of the showers. The amenities they provide for showers smell so good and there's even a makeup table for ladies! I wish I spent more time in Tottori but thank you so much.
