Small hotel with marvellous facilities”
well our stay in echae boutique hotel was considered as fantastic. the first good thing in this hotel was the service. i actually booked wrong dates for this hotel, but they allowed us to do the date change without charging any amount of money. eventually we felt really comfortable and decided to upgrade to deluxe triple room as we felt really pleasant. the following day was a great amazing day for us as echae hotel offered us jeju-one-day chauffeured service tour with a super cheaper price. (much cheaper than touring by a bus/taxi tour) because the chauffeur was one of the hotel's officer, mr. lee which was a real kind and helpful man (special thanks to him to take pictures for us)...

Lovely room and facilities plus good service”
We chose this hotel mainly because it was cheaper than other hotels, value wise in terms of star ratings and price, and also for the location (we booked a morning flight and wanted to be near the airport). Upon reaching the hotel, it was rather disappointing for us as we did not fancy this boutique hotel's surroundings. However, the room exceeded our expectations, and was comfortable and enjoyable for us. For me especially, I find the toilet rather enjoyable, as the seat was always warmed (especially comforting when you just woke up), and there are various flush and washing ways to be explored. You can also enjoy the free drinks, both in the fridge (which is refilled after housekeeping), and downstairs beside the lift. There is also Internet access on the computer, although this can be improved if English language was used. There was also this male staff on night shift that was very helpful. We requested various favours, and he duly solved them. These include helping to install the shower curtain stick back after I clumsily pulled it down, setting up wifi for us in the room (to use on our mobile phones) and also bringing up extra towels (there is only 1 big one for each room, so please remember to request for one more for showering). For the staff's good service and the comfortable room, this hotel is highly recommended for couples or sightseeing people to stay in. The only downside is the location (far away from the southern Jungmun & Seogwipo area and eastern Seongsan Ilchulbong). However, we only knew towards the end of our trip, that Airport limousine #600 stops near this hotel. So remember, please do not waste money spending them on taxi fares! We will definitely come back to this hotel if we go to Jeju again.

Decent location, and very friendly staff.”
We really enjoyed Echae on our trip. The rooms were nice and included free water, soda, and coffee in the mini-fridge. The beds were comfortable, the sheets were clean, and the A/C was great. Overall, this was a great hotel for the price. Also, although the staff's English is limited, they are very friendly and helpful and are able to use google translate on the front desk computer. Our elementary Korean skills helped a lot.

All round great hotel”
Great hotel....has everything you need. Wifi and pc(tho this will be in korean). Hotel staff speak limited English but make use of google translate for complex questions. Rooms are large, massive shower, baths and tiolets. Beds are comfy. It's very close to the airport and you end up paying the minimum cab fare. The hotel costs a bit more than the cheapest hotels in the area but this is well worth it. Thanks for a memorable stay in Jeju-shi

Great value for couple or solo”
Very much a love hotel - our room featured a round bed with reflective ceiling, and a jacuzzi for 2 (jets didn't work, unfortunately). Great for an intimate couple, fine if you're solo, look elsewhere otherwise. Other standard hotel amenities: large TV, computer with flaky wifi, AC, bidet, fridge with refreshments. Location is great - just off the road connecting Jeju City with attractions like the Hallasan trailheads and Loveland. Alight at the "The Hotel" stop on the Airport Limousine. Some cabbies had a tough time finding it as it's on a smaller street - might want to keep a map handy. Staff are friendly - no English but have Google Translate set up on a screen and are patient with foreigners. Lots of convenience stores and restaurants in the neighborhood, and easy to hail a cab one street over.

The Staff definitely makes this hotel”
The staff were great translators in trying to help me travel around the island. They drew me maps and helped me configure my GPS since everything was written in Korean. They also gave me a free upgrade since the internet in my room was not working. I would definitely stay here again. Very comfortable and friendly hotel!

Great find”
Perhaps the best value-for-money hotel at which we've stayed in Korea (where I've lived for about a year). The only problem was finding it. Our cab driver had never heard of it, and neither had the tourist booth at the airport. It's a good idea to write down the address before you go to show to the driver. Pros: soft mattress and pillows (a welcome break from the rock-like slab in most Korean hotels), decent selection of coffee and tea in the room, internet in the room, indoor parking, unique decor, convenient to a late-night shopping/dining/drinking area. Cons: hard to find, and we couldn't find a nearby restaurant open before noon. Also, the toilet is separated from the rest of the bathroom (which is, in turn, open to the rest of the room) only by a clear glass door. Which can be a bit uncomfortable.

Boutique Hotel made you have over-expectation with”
loves the huge double bed & cool design. room is fully-equipped with even hair-dryer, shampoo & body cleanser, unexpected!! & a range of hair products of lucido-l, just made me curious if they need to charge. our room, which kinda in a oriental style. the bathtub, made of wood, there is mold growing around, kinda disgusting. & with the in-house computer, can't use it, since it is operated in korean!! & being over-heat once on!! annoying. although the hotel indicated at the center of jeju-si, it actually located at the corner of a alleyway. we had a hard time to hunt the hotel with our taxi driver. also front desk, not good in english, but in friendly manner!! it takes patient if you have any enquiry. overall,

location is excellent only 15 mins drive from the airport. At city center easy to find food & entertainment anytime. Price is cheap but hotel quality is good. Good service even though the staff cannot speak english. They will try their best to serve you.

i drove a car to this hotel. car park was quite small with a capacity of 5 cars. the other cars needed to park outside the entrance. It is easy to find the hotel even without the GPS. Staff cannot speak English. Room was clean. There was a computer as well.

Nice hotel with great location”
Hotel room was clean and excellent location. The Taxi drivers may not know it, but they all know T.H.E Hotel which is very close by. Costs from the airport via Taxi. Reception don't speak english, but are very helpful. We booked (and paid) for the Premier Double but only got a standard room. But due to communication issues, it wasn;t worth trying to change. Overall a good stay and location.

Friendly hotel ”
with agoda booking, we are not provided with the hotel phone number and exact address. it made it really difficult to find the hotel especially in jeju all the gps is in korean, and we can only use the phone to do the routing. after searching, we couldn't find the complete address and tel of this hotel, we decided to look up for some nearby hotels but again, everything is in english. it looks us more than 2 hours to locate the hotel even though with the help from their tourist information center as the assistant there couldn't understand english and have never seen this boutique hotel before. later we realised that the hotel is just about 5 min walk from the tourist information center.

A nice hotel”
the location of the hotel is near to the kbs bus station (korean broadcast system) and that is a main bus stop of the area. the hotel is very near the airport, only 10 mins' travel by bus. it's really convenient! the rennovation is modern and the room is well-furnished. the colour is mainly pink and red for my room. i love the stylish lights in the room. the size of the tv set is large and there is a computer set in the room! very user-friendly for the visitors to search information on the web!

Comfortable and conveniently located”
I stayed for one night and chose this hotel simply based on its convenient location to the Jeju airport. I have no complaints. Although it was nothing special, it was clean and comfortable enough. It was easy to grab a taxi just outside the hotel.

It was definitely lovely! Jun(hotel manager) is great, we celebrated his birthday together. He showed us to local restaurants and we became good friends. All staff are trying to help and it was definitely highly recommended!

Lovely Hotel but too out of the way”
The hotel is more of a one night sex hotel, since it seems pretty sleazy with condoms and sex channels. However the big selling point for the hotel that the rooms were huge and there is one computer in each hotel rooms and has internet access. If you need wifi, contact the lobby, and they will gladly help you set it up.
