I frequent Boracay and my bias was always to get an accommodation in Station 2 because it would be cheaper. This time, since we are attending an event in Station 1, we decided to book a room in Estacio Uno. We were surprised that the difference from the rate we would usually get in Station 2 was very minimal. The upgrade we get for paying a little bit more is worth every penny for the property's location, convenience to get transportation and its amenities. The staff were also very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was sumptuous and the menu changes every day but I hope they could improve on the selection to make it stand out more since the dishes served were just the same as the other hotels. How about giving it a twist like a Taho station or changing fried rice to arroz caldo? ;-) Would recommend this property with no reservations (no pun intended).

Had the best beachfront!”
We had the best holiday in this hotel! I booked last minute and was worried when I read the reviews but we had the complete opposite experience. We were upgraded to room 208 and 207 (208 have the best beach view). There was a breakfast buffet every morning. The best part about this hotel is the friendly staff and the beachfront access. The beachfront is not as crowded compared to The Lind area and Station 2. Make sure to eat their paluto at the 2nd floor balcony during sunset too! We will definitely go back when time permits!

The hotel rooms are big and just in front of the beautiful Boracay beach.. I can see the Willy's rock from our room. The staff are very nice, passionate, polite, and cheerful! The rooms are new and very clean! People in Boracay are very warm and friendly.

Staff were very, very friendly and effective. They helped us with an issue with our reservation and were very kind and attentive all through our stay. The hotel itself is very good, beachfront, very quiet and good breakfast. Wifi speed can be improved but it works.

Superb service. Staff are so accommodating and friendly. Rooms are just ok,nothing spectacular. The value for money here is the location not the room. Aircon is cold which is nice. water and shower is excellent. Pool is small but its ok since you went for the beach not the pool. Refeigirator in our room is like a motorboat though, its too noisy and sometimes at night it wakes me up coz it really makes a sound like a motorboat. Food pricing is very reasonable at the restaurant even the happy hour drinks. Breakfast is ok, unfortunately they didn’t serve bacon for the whole week which could have made up the noisy refrigirator they have. Juice is unfortunately poweder not real fruit, hope they consider changing it as orange juice and coffee are the best while having breakfast by the beach. Perfect feeling. Overall,our stay was great and the hotel service is superb Thanks Estacio uno.

The staff of this hotel obviously loves what they are doing. They will go above and beyond to deliver excellent customer care. The rooms are very big and beautiful. The hotel is exactly in front of the beach. Their restaurant and pools are exactly facing the amazing and iconic view of the Willy's rock. Will definitely recommend this hotel!

Great place to stay at, best value of money”
I stayed in Estacio Uno Boracay for 5 days 4 nights, I will list below pros and cons based on my stay. Pros: - Staff were very nice and very polite and hospitable - they upgraded my room for FREE! the room I got was nice and huge for a single person, and it had beach view! - Room was very clean and quite - AC was great and it made the whole room cold enough - Location is great, beach front in station 1 - everything you needed was included in the room, mineral water, shampoo, soap, hair dryer, toothpaste, toothbrush, toilet papers .. etc - variety of food for breakfast, and food was good - Private beach and it was clean, you just had to leave the hotel and you immediately at the beach, having your breakfast by the beach was so relaxing and nice Cons: - Wifi, Wifi was very slow and it disconnects sometimes, you have to make sure you always have data if you need internet, most of my internet usage I used my data because Wifi either was disconnected or was very slow to allow me to use apps - I had 1 towel that was not clean, but again i was solo and there were enough towels to use other ones - Location, location is both pro and a con, it's a con here because it's a bit far from many essentials or places, example I needed to buy mineral water, I had to walk like 800 meters or around 10 minutes of walking just to buy water, also if you are tired of activites all day and then you have to go buy some food or go to a bar or a resto or even dmall in station 2 thats a bit far, you will either have to walk for sometime or get a trike from the main road - Heater, Heater did not work properly, in my 5 days of stays I used to take a shower at least 2 times a day and it worked only twice BOTTOM LINE: it was a pleasant stay and a great value of money and I would definitely stay there again because even the cons were not deal breakers

Our stay at Estacio Uno was a great experience. All our rooms are beachfront and 1 was with pool access which is very convenient especially for kids who like to continue swimming at the pool after their beach swim. The rooms are clean but can still be improved. What blew us away was their great customer service. All staff were polite, friendly, and accomodating to all our needs. 5 stars for this hotel

Very professional staff, hotel beach area isn’t too crowded compared to station 2 hotels. It’s Senior-citizen and infant friendly, too. High value for accessibility around other places. Food is good, and there’s happy hour from 4pm-7pm for drinks. :)
