The problem is not the hotel, the problem is AGODA Customer service is a fake, they do not exist. the phone number is always unnavailable and the other one is in asia, no way to make a change or cancelation, My advise, DO NOT make any deal with this companym or say goodby to your money.

Practical”
Maintenance/upgrade of your facilities are required. Stove works only one side, and upper side does not work (extractor/light). Air conditioning works ok but it is too old, needs to upgrade. Bathroom needs maintenance also. Bath fitter is not an option.

Decent”
CONS: First day- toilet wasn’t flushing properly. Took along time (and second call) before the manager came to fix it. Phone doesn’t work. Roach in the cupboard. Second day- lights wouldn’t turn on. Went in to change towels and was told we would get a call back when they were available (except the phone in our room doesn’t work so I have to go to the lobby, inconvenient.) Not bad: breakfast is coffee, hot chocolate, granola bars and muffins. PROS: pleasant lady in the front, allowed us early check in. Great location.

Floor inside made everyone's socks black, aka dirty. Their was mold in the tub. Leaves and other random things in the sheets. The breakfast is just the grab and go and everything was gone by 830 when they said they have breakfast until 9.

The different desk clerk were rude when I checked in and out. I woke up with bed bug bites each day.”
Pros it’s cheap. It’s close to several places. The Ale house across the street is nice! Cons: BED BUG BITES!!!! My entire body has at least 100 smh! I checked in the lady was rude and took 15 minutes to check me in. Do not I repeat do NOT STAY HERE

There are no pro's the room had a terrible odour some of the chairs were dirty the carpet had stains and the kitchenette appliances were Rusty, the staff at check-in was pleasant however there complimentary breakfast no one told us that it was only from 9 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and it was in the lobby on a small dresser didn't get a chance to see or taste what it was. The next day at checkout however the staff was friendly but didn't speak English very well the only good thing about our stay was that they allowed us to extend a late check out. I would never stay there again and I would never recommend it to family and friends.

Barely adequate”
We stayed here on our final night of our holiday prior to returning home. Very dated decor in the rooms, peeling paint on the doors and woodwork, heavily stained carpets, which were threadbare. Nothing except a bar of soap in the bathroom, and thin ancient towels. No coffee or tea, not even a paper vup for water. We tried yo use the pool, which was disgustingly dirty. A babies nappy and other rubbish was poolside. Definitely avoid this one...

I checked in for a 16 day stay and the room had not be cleaned upon arrival. I ended up having to clean the floor and the rags were black. Not once in 16 days did someone come to clean the unit after multiple requests or restock items. The water pressure is bad it’s almost impossible to take a shower. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Roach motel”
The room was dirty and smelled like ass. Roaches in the room and very crusty. Also the place is full of construction workers and huge vehicle parked all around the parking lot. Some of them were using a propane bbq grill on the 2nd fl balcony. Very unsafe and the fire dept should be called.

Was really happy with the service, not only this time but always and I stay there often. Their staff is awesome and you can’t ask for any better than the manager they have there. You can tell they’re goal is to please you to make you feel at home.
