Not good. the staff are not accommodating at all. Bathroom was dirty. we woke up and slept on the same bed sheets, no fresh towel and nobody cleaned our room for 4 days and 3 nights we've stayed there.

Comfortable”

Upon arrival at about 4 PM, the room was immediately prepared by the attentive housekeeping staff. The front desk personnel at that time wasn't very friendly nor was she snooty. She could use a little smile though. I was pleasantly surprised by the crocodile sisig of Cafe Bonita. It tastes like pork. Nearby is a small mosque. Listening to our Muslim brothers pray after sunset reminded me of my Kuala Lumpur trip. The pension house is a short distance from the CDO Night Cafe/ Market where I bought 2 leather bags at very cheap prices!

Great location but dim rooms”

Now, I know what 1-2 star rating in Agoda would mean. It's far below OK. If you're claustrophobic, this ain't for you. The light source is dim too. Good thing about the hotel is staff was able to reconcile my changes in Agoda made 12 hours before my arrival to the hotel. The location is near central market. I stayed only for five hours just to sleep.

second time staying here, the location is very near to the divisoria, ororama mall and a slew of outdoor markets and street stalls. the rooms are clean but a bit worn, for $15 usd it's a great bargain, you should t expect much but a safe place to lay your head. the streets outside are very busy so if your sensitive to noise then this wouldn't be the ideal place for you. that being said, you are in a prime location to explore so please do that. also of note, checkout the cafe bonita downstairs if you're there for the weekend, they have live music and a few games to keep you entertained, chit chat with some locals and of you're brave enough try the crocodile sisig and bbq snake!

"Nice location but small rooms"”

I like the location of the hotel for it's near the business section of the city. The hotel personnel are very accommodating to guests requests. However, the toilet of the room where we stayed is defective. It's a blessing that we are out of the hotel most of the time.

Nice Location Hostel”

The staffs were polite and offers good service with a smile. The room is small but i think it's okay because i stayed in a pension house and not in a hotel and i stayed in a single room that's why i got what i paid for. The air conditioning is very good. Good if you just want a room for rest.

Small room but everything is working fine”

The pension house was very simple. Rooms were small. Aircon works well and the television was functional. But dont expect hotel amenities.

Thanks so much for your service. I enjoyed my stay there. The service is good. The rooms are cute, clean and air-conditioned.I feel relaxed and happy during my stay there. The staff members are polite and kind. They welcome with smile.They are passionate about the service that they are giving to their customers.

Good location but no coffee shop”

When we checked in we were informed that our suite room was cancelled due to misinformation from 1 lady. They had to convince a guest staying in our suite to move to another room. Fortunately, he did. Marcelino's Restaurant is not operational and no advise if they will still open.

Fem's Vines Pension House”

I stayed here as a stopover on my way to Camiguin Island, the room is quite tiny but decent. I just had a hard time finding it, I asked the guard at the bus terminal to point me to the right direction and he seemed like he didn't know where the place was. I guess it's better to remember to say that it's in front of wilshire inn and beside amarea travelers lodge. I find it odd that at night time, the water from the faucet was quite murky and brown. So I had to brush my teeth using bottled water. I was worried about having to take a shower with that kind of water but was relieved that when I checked in the morning, the water was not brown anymore and it was clean. As for location, it was near to where you could ride jeepneys or taxis to the mall.

good service and clean room. the location is just right. convenient to my business transaction. I had a hard time in the shower because hot water not available but they were able to fix it immediately.

nice for a overnight stay if your tight on a budget.nothing good. cr not pleasant buy with hot water, big window and big room but double bed is just for single person. buffet breakfast ok cheap but delicious.

good location but not good night shift staff”

for a budget traveller this hotel will do but make sure you come at day time because the night shift girl t the reception desk is not accomodating. Good at theyre male helper is really approachable and willing to assist in our needs. overnyte stay is good big room but small bed (double) just one can lay down.

MIsleading Rooms”

When I was looking for a room for 6 (5 of my friends and me), I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that Fem's Vines was offering Junior Rooms good for FOUR people. So I booked two rooms, which could supposedly accommodate 8 people. When we actually got to the hotel, it turned out that the Junior room only had TWO SINGLE BEDS. Certainly not good for four, unless they meant four petite girls. Because we were on a budget, the 6 of us squeezed ourselves into those two Junior rooms. Best call up the hotel first to clarify before booking. The rooms were neat, at least. But they don't clean the rooms everyday; we were there for 2 nights but when we got back from the tour on the second night the rooms haven't been cleaned. The bathroom had an odd layout that didn't separate the bowl from the shower, but it served its purpose. The hotel should remind their front desk staff to smile a bit more.

Very accessible and accommodating staffs!”

with my 2nights and 3 days stay @ the pension house I feel comfort and happy as the staffs there are very accommodating and the area is very accessible and there foods are @ very reasonable prrice.
