We stayed here for 2 nights, overall is ok. The location is perfect, just 2 minutes walk to Dotonbori street and 8 minutes to Kuromon Ichiba Market. Room and Bath Room is Big, provided Massage Chair too... will stay here if visit Osaka again.

actually it's love hotel”
Its Love hotel. But Perfect location! It takes only 1 minuite to Dotonbori and 5 minutes to subway staion by walk. The room was clean. Also amenity was equipped well. But I feel its rate was little bit expensive.

Nice budget hotel”
Hotel is close to subway and the heart of Namba area where you can find many nice restaurants, shopping malls and game zones. Kunomon market is only 5 mins away from hotel. You can find fresh seafood, sashimi and sushi there. It will be my first choice if I travel to Osaka again.

Great location. For adults only. ”
Perfect location if you want to be near Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. Inexpensive. Hot water supply to our room broke down but we were moved to another room without any hitches. Not for families though. The hotel has "short-time" plans, if you know what I mean. We didn't know until we got there. It's a good story to tell. 😊

the hotel was located near dotonbori street, and around 5-6 min walk to the nearest subway which was really helpful, the room was huge compared to other hotels in japan , this is also a short time hotel so you =)

Great location”
The location is very good if your going out to bars and clubs in Dotonnbury or shinsaibashi its perfect.Staff are friendly, room was clean but a little old. The room I got was not a great one but was bigger than anything else you would get for that price in such a good location. It is a officially Love hotel but many people seemed to be checking in for the weekend and overnight so not a bad choice for couples or singles.

Overall we are super pleased with the room that we had with the amount of money we paid as we got the room when it is 20% off. Our room came with massage chair and huge room. Way better that what we are expecting. If can get a good price, this hotel is highly recommended.

The best thing of this hotel is the location. Walking distance to Numba & Shinsaibashi shopping area. 5-minute walking to subway station. Their staff are quite nice. The room itself is not qualified as a good hotel. All rooms in the hotel are smoking room. No room cleaning during the day even you requested for it. No coffee compliment refill. No wi-fi provide in the room. Wifi is provide only in hotel lobby but hotel lobby got 1 sofa which fitted to 3 people only. Wifi went rubbish for 2 days during my 5-day stay.

Pros: It's a decent love hotel. Lobby is clean and fragrant, just like the name. Our room was clean. I like that it's spacious considering japan hotels are generally small. The bed was big enough for 2. We even had a small sofa with small coffee table. Plus enough space to put our luggage and also walk around. Location is excellent, near Dotombori shopping district. Cons: The toilet which was separate from the bathroom smelled very bad... smelled like urine. We always had second thoughts about using it. Because of this, it made us doubt if the rest of the room was cleaned thoroughly. But aside from the smelly toilet, we like the hotel and had a good stay.

this was properly the best value hotel we came across in japan. It is perfectly located, not too far from shopping area, eating area and within walking distance to train stations. The room was spacious and all the toiletries were provided ie face cream, shampoo, conditioner, hair gel etc and all shishedo brand!!! superb!

I don't like the room in the basement”
There was no information indicated that room is in the basement. When I checked in, receptionist told me that only the room in basement is no smoking room. They must made a note on website to let people know that.

It's a love motel, a place couples can rent by the hour for some private time. But this is Japan, so the hotel still seemed clean and wholesome. The room was huge compared to what I'm used to in Tokyo. The Wifi was just okay, not very fast. Convenient location. I would definitely go back.

The location is great, but no internet in the room”
This hotel is fine if you do not require internet in your room. They have free internet in the lobby, but thats kind of pointless. The rooms are small, but this is common in Japan. The air conditioning didnt work in my room, and when I told the receptionist who had zero english, they basically came up to my room, and opened the window!. Not great, but ideal if you're looking for somewhere close to the bars.
