This place is awesome. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The decor was class and trendy. It has a premium feel. The dining area doubled as a lounge place where people spend on their computers. There was no tea offered though. That would have been nice. I stayed in the first class cabin so not really a capsule feel. As an alternative to a hotel it was fun. There was room enough to open my suitcase in my room. The whole floor was too warm and although there was air conditioning in my cabin. I didn’t feel it cooled my cabin down. I was still comfortable and slept well. I liked the hot tub for bathing, my favourite thing about Japan. It has all that you need including razors. On my floor, there was a luggage rack to put my suitcase but I had enough space in my room. I found the staff friendly and helpful. They ask you to use their USB adapters which you’ll need to ask at reception for them. They are free. I preferred ramen for breakfast which were nearby.

Best for solo travelling ”
Affordable, clean and great location. It was so so close to both the JR line and the subway station. Great option for solo travellers with its affordability and amenities. As a woman, having access to the straighteners is amazing as hotels don't usually include this and you have to bring your own around.

After a very hard day ,the young pretty lady from receptionist help me with my wrong booking, i booked for male room 😣 .she change it and help with my reservation thrugh agoda. Perfect for solo travellers!”
Decided to stay at the Ichigaya branch due to it's convenient location! It is literally across the road/bridge from the station exit (JR exit), which has been an important consideration of mine when travelling (always choose somewhere near the station!). I chose the First Class Cabin as it was still a very reasonable price to pay for accomodation in Tokyo, and had enough space to fit my luggage within the cabin as well. The whole place was very clean and well maintained. I appreciated the provision of essentially everything you needed for a good night's rest - pajamas, toiletries etc. The onsen in the toilet was an additional bonus! If you're not comfortable with that, there's also private shower rooms available. The washing machines are also reasonably priced and convenient to have at the location. Noise wasn't too much of an issue when I was there - and they provide ear plugs if needed. Your cabin isn't soundproof though so it's just something you need to be prepared for.

Close to Ichigaya JR and Ichigaya subway stations, is located along the river with beautiful views of cherry blossom trees whilst in season. Fairly central, short train ride to Shinjuku, shibuya etc. Had a shared bath area which is not uncommon, with a large bath (which was not hot enough imo). Place to lock up your luggage on your level using a bike lock but no actual lockers. The capsules/rooms were very nice, plenty of power ports and a small locker for valuables. Highly recommended for travellers looking for a high-end capsule experience.

Better option for Solo Traveler”
Stayed in a First Class Type. Will never stay in capsule hotels. This is definitely perfect for solo travellers. For me that is scared to stay in a hotel room alone, this is definitely a must. Price for a capsule but with some headroom and space for your luggage.

The Japanese-style bath was unexpected and something I absolutely loved. Also, the lounge area to sit and do work or eat was much appreciated. A 24hour supermarket right next door was also very convenient. The metro and JR stations are nearby, and a handful of good restaurants as well. The only minuses I found were (and this is definitely being nit-picky): -- The bed is very, very firm -- No personal locker for luggage, but instead a common luggage rack on each floor. You can borrow a lock from the front desk to secure your bag to the rack, however. --No clothes changing area --Snoring was a bit of an issue. With only a curtain to close off your capsule, as opposed to a door of some sort, sound travels and echoes --Air conditioning within the capsule was inconsistent. My trip was during a heatwave, but I found the air conditioning not cool enough at night, but quite cold in the mornings. I assume that as people woke up and checked out, the air conditioning would get stronger.

This place has everything you think yo need and more. The traditional bath is brilliant after day sightseeing. The hotel does not allow any noise so very peaceful. You are given bed clothes, shoes, towels. Humidifiers are available if you find the pod dry.

Located at Ichigaya, not a very hot area but just a minute walk from the station and able to access to shinjuku and ginza areas pretty easily. The stay was extremely a good experience, facilities are great with the exception of having the bathroom only at the 1st floor.

Beyond capsule hotel”
It's clean, it's pretty new, and the bed quality is better than the usual bed you'd find in other capsule hotels. The special thing about First Cabin is you can have the whole cabin to yourself (no one above or underneath you) if you choose business or first class. They also have bath, not only shower room., so it makes them more special.
