Excellent overall ”
The staff were exceptionally friendly and very accommodating. The daily free breakfast we had was great! We were greeted by staff members and asked if we are satisfied with the food and overall service. The manager even brought a cake in the room booked under my name because she saw my birthday on my ID was on the day I checked in. So it was very thoughtful of her to buy a cake for me and even sang happy birthday! I booked two rooms, one under my name, which is for my sister and her kids who traveled with us. The other room was under my husband's name, which was for us, including my adult child. The room booked under my name was bigger than I thought, with a mini living room area and a stand-up shower with a glass door. The room was very spacious, clean, and an amazing city view! This was on the 15th floor. The room booked under my husband's which was our room, was smaller. The bathroom was a problem to me. The door did not completely open all the way. It hits part of the wall which stops from opening all the way. So, I had to enter sideways. No, I'm not a big person, but imagine if someone bigger than me end up staying in the same room? Another issue I had is that the bathroom we had has a bathtub instead of a stand-up shower. I don't have a problem with the bathtub, it's just that the water splashes everywhere on the floor which leaves a big puddle inside the bathroom floor. Since the staff was exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and other Perks that came with booking to Fivitel, the bathroom issues I had was forgotten. I'm still giving this a 5-star!

A excellent hotel with exceptional customer service and staff who are very courteous and helpful... The rooms are pretty good but the lighting is a little low... The breakfast and other facilities are excellent as well... The Hotel is centrally located in the ... Very Close to the Dragon Bridge and Son Tra Night Market... There are ample restaurants (Japanese, Korean and Local) located around the Hotel... The Staff are so courteous and probably the best I have seen in Hotels... They are respectful and helpful and make sure all our queries are answered... I had an issue with the room and the way they went above and beyond to resolve the issue... Overall I would highly recommend this Hotel if you are planning to stay in Da Nang...

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. When we first arrived, we were amazed by the layout of the hotel.Bellboy and doorman Andrew welcome us with smile too and carried our luggage to the room.We really love Andrew’s cute and warmest smile.The hotel receptionis Ivy ,Jenny and Cindy also patiently answered our doubts one by one. Staff : The staff are really nice and helpful. Ivy, Brian, and Louise were very friendly and provided lots of suggestions on what to do in town. Location : You can walk to the dragon bridge and Pink Da Nang Cathedral in around 10 mins. There are many good restaurants and cafes around. Room : Nice shower with the view. The room is clean and spacious.

Been stayed for 6 nights . Breakfast menu have changed daily . Good taste . Staff is excellent from the moment you step outside to lobby to bed . It is very good customer services. 2nd floor massges is super friend and smile always like Alice . She is god massages All hotel wiki greeting the moment they see you . My friend and I stayed here five nights and loved it. The rooms were excellent and overlooked the river and The Dragon Bridge, the staff is awesome (they are very friendly and they make sure you are happy), the location is perfect for people like enjoy walking around downtown and want to walk to attractions, the included breakfast exceeded our expectations (very good food). The cost was very reasonable. Our rating: A++

My husband and I had a very lovely stay with Fivitel. After staying at 2 Airbnbs, staying at a hotel was something we realised we needed (the water heater and power were perfect). The staff at Fivitel were accommodating, very eager to serve and helpful in providing us information. One of us was even treated to a 30-minute free spa of our choice!

Amazing hotel ”
To stay at this hotel is highly recommended! Nearly everything is perfect! I would say this hotel is the best hotel of our trip in Vietnam! 1. All of the staffs here is incredibly helpful, We were quite impressed by their excellent service. 2. Delightful breakfasts. Yummy, i love it! 3. A great location that is convenient for travel 4. We were able to see the Dragon Bridge from the room However every time the door to the other room was closed, it was sooo loud and woke me up, but it wasn't a major concern.

We visited late at night, but the reception staff welcomed us kindly. The next day, even while I was storing my luggage, I kept asking about my convenience and taking a close look at it. I was moved by the way they waited by my side until the end even when I took a taxi. In particular, I was surprised by the kindness of the staff, Cindy, and I felt that she was the kindest person I've ever received.

I really can recommend this hotel. Especially the staff is very friendly and helpful, they gave us a very warm welcome, organized a birthday cake for my girlfriend and helped us to get tickets and a ride for BaNa Hills. The rooms are very clean and zur hotel is just a short walk away from the river promenade and the famous dragon bridge. Will definitely come back to this hotel if I return to DaNang. This hotel is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Danang. They have nice facilities & friendly staff. They even provide free upgrade for my room to the Han river view which can see the Dragon and allowed me to do early check in. I was so pleased with their service. Specially thanks to Ms. Ivy the hotel manager and also Ms. Cindy and Mr. Louis who greet me with a kind and warm smile. They really made my day. Besides, the food in the hotel is good too. The hotel location is jus a few minutes walk to Dragon bridge and night market. The room my friends and I stay was quite big and clean. Staff during a night shift and the morning while we stay were helpful nice. I would definitely recommend my friends to stay here and I will come cack for sure !
