Great hotel and staff”
It had been a great experience staying at Flexistay ApartHotel Tooting. Sabby, the manager, and his wife were very friendly. Abraham, the property manager and the night staff were very nice too. Sabby always answered my email promptly when I had questions. I arrived London late and Sabby arranged an airport pick-up for me. I ordered my Eurail Pass and had it shipped to the hotel. Sabby held it for me before I arrived London. The refrigerator in the kitchen was always stuffed with breakfast food and juice all day long. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The free Wi-Fi was fast. It was only a few minutes walk to the Tooting Boardway Underground Station. However, the room was a little too hot in July without air conditioning. The fan in the room helped a little bit. It cooled down some by opening the windows at night. Also, I did not have my cell phone with me and there was no phone in the room or in the hotel. The public pay phone was several blocks away. Overall, I think this is a nice hotel to stay for the money. I will definitely stay here again.

Good location, very comfortable stay!”
I stayed at this hotel for almost two weeks, and I enjoyed it very much, but I will mention some minor things that didn't bother me but might bother others. It's located about 7 minutes walk from Tooting Broadway tube station, which is great, and the tube to central London takes about 30 minutes so good enough for me. I stayed at room 8 which is on the top floor (3rd I think) and there was no elevator, but the friendly staff member carried my heavy suitcase all the way up. Please consider that this is a small hotel (kind of B&B) so no actual reception and you need to use intercom to call staff. The room was lovely, comfortable and had everything I needed. There was a problem with the ventilation in the en-suite and it was noisy, especially when it was windy. Staff member checked and told me there was no way to fix it but I could change rooms (which I was too lazy for) and I got used to the noise pretty fast so it was ok. At breakfast you make your own food with the ingredients supplied and you can also store your own food in the communal fridge. Pretty much something there for everyone, and basically you can use the stocked kitchen all day. They even put chocolates and wine on Christmas day which was very nice. The area is quiet and feels pretty safe, and the main street with lots of shops is just a minute away. About cleanliness- hotel and room were clean but not spotless, didn't bother me though. Overall I would totally recommend for someone looking for a nice stay in London at a normal price!

Short and cheap stay in a nice place? Flexistay”
I have visited Flexistay for 3 nights - cheap trip to London with cheap airlines etc. I am pretty sure that this option is the best one when you compare it with others that are twice more expensive and don't have toilets in rooms. Very good apartment hotel: clean, silent area close to metro, but not really for families with children (for longer stay).

Excellent young staff who were very polite and accommodating. Showed all features of the property immediately. Room far exceeded expectations for only £30 a night! Hardwood floors, practical Ikea furniture, like new. Comfy bed and en-suite bathroom. Nice fast Wi-Fi although a few times it timed out on trying to connect; could be my Mac's fault. Download speed up to 2.2 mbps. Satellite TV with about 1,000 channels, comfy reclining chair. Unlimited self-service breakfast in nice kitchen of bread, eggs, cheese, bacon, sausages, bananas, cereals, coffee, tea, milk, juices, etc. Microwave and cooking facilities. Very quiet at night, but only a 5-minute walk from Tooting Broadway tube. Many restaurants and Tesco, Sainsburys, Lidl, M&S nearby. Also Tooting rail station 10 minute walk away. Like staying in your own house, at the price of a hostel dorm room in London! Much better than I expected and would stay again easily.

Great value room”
It was a nice stay. My g/f and I stayed for 2 nights, we are backpacking through europe and found this place to be great value. It has washer dryer, cooking facilities, decent bathroom, fast internet and free breakfast. It was nice and close to a train station so we could get into london for one and a half pounds with an oyster card (recommended). The fridge was well stocked and we went to town on it. Tooting itself seems a bit dodgy, wouldn't hang out there at past 10PM.

Nice stay for a weekend in London”
In Tooting Broadway, a nice place to be in calm part of the area. The people were very nice and the location is situated near Tooting Broadway station on the Northern Line giving easy access to the center to go out. A great way to stay in London at a low cost and still enjoy ourselves.

Fantastic Value!”
i stayed here for one night in december. the room was small, but warm and comfortable. the hotel offers free wifi and a tv in each room. there is a kitchen where you can cook your own breakfast, and the fridge is well stocked. my room had a tv, an attached bathroom, an iron with an ironing board. there was also tea/coffee making equipment in the room. the bathroom had hot and cold water; towels were provided. the hotel is walking distance from tooting broadway station, which was perfect for me. its easy to miss the hotel since there are no signs, so keep a lookout for the house numbers. overall, fantastic value!

Like staying in a friend's spare room”
Excellent budget option for an area badly-served with hotels/bed and breakfast premises. A homely house, in a quiet street, yet only yards from Tooting High Street. A good sized room, a clean, comfortable bed, a decent size table and two wooden chairs, plus an armchair, and wardrobe with plenty of drawers. Although the ensuite was tiny, it was perfectly clean, with heated towel rail, shampoo/shower gel, and beautiful white, fluffy towels. Breakfast is self-catering in an excellently equipped kitchen. A large fridge contains milk, sausages, hot dogs, juices, breads, etc; while individual boxes of cereal are available. There is another communal fridge which you can use to store any other foods which you might cook for other meals on the four-ring gas cooker or in the full oven. There is also a washing machine and dryer if you have a bag full of dirty washing! Absolutely great place to stay. Will definitely recommend to all visitors to Tooting.

Great location great value and service”
We wanted to stay 1 night in London see all the sites and go out in clapham and balham. The hotel was cheap and everything we asked for. We booked a double basic room for £55 for the room. I rang to ask about check in time and realised we had picked a room with a shared bathroom! Check in was at 2pm but staff take your bags at any time we went to check in at 11am dropped our bags. The hotel is terraced houses done up and split into rooms. We didn't see any other quests nice and quite. Room was clean comfortable and had tv with sky,kettle,iron and ironing board and a wardrobe. Breakfast is a self service set up. Kitchen with the fridge packed full of bacon bread eggs jam apple juice orange juice ham sausages. Perfect for us as you can have whatever you want at whatever time of day you want. Check out is dropping a key in a box. Easy

Great budget option in London”
Although this was an unusual hotel, we were very happy with our stay. The premises are a row of adjoining terrace houses, converted into en-suite rooms. In our house there was a communal kitchen and dining area in addition to cooking facilities in the rooms. There is no reception area. When you arrive you press an intercom at the door and someone will appear to assist you. They provide free self-serve all day breakfast in the communal dining room as well as a free full cooked breakfast in the morning. There was free wi-fi and satellite television in the room. The en-suite was modern. Both it and the bedroom were roomy by London standards. The location is well into the suburbs, about 25 minutes by tube from central London, but buses and the tube are nearby. There is ample local shopping including many halal fresh food shops in a vibrant multi-cultural atmosphere. The area is regarded as having the best South Asian restaurants in London-there are many within walking distance of the hotel which is in a quiet street. Hotel staff are very obliging and keen to assist.

Friendly staff, Daniella. Daily stockup of breakfast items in the fridge for guests. Stairs in the apartment are steep so those with luggage will find it daunting to climb up with. For muslims, many halal eateries available a short distance away. Tooting broadway underground about 5 to 8 mins walk depending on your pace but those pushing luggage with wheels may find it a challenge due to uneveness of pavement.

For the price, this room had many more facilities than I expected. Excellent location close to the underground meant that the centre of London was a short hop away. The staff member I met was welcoming and the room was prepared to a really good standard. The options for self check out / in gives you great flexibility over you arrival time. Highly recommended.

Budget hotel, handy for city centre”
Our stay was fine. The hotel was basic, which we were expecting. The room was perfectly adequate, clean and quite comfortable. Internet connection was trouble-free. Staff were welcoming and efficient. Breakfast was also basic, cereal, coffee, toast, there were eggs and bacon too if you wanted to bother. Only a few minutes walk from Tooting Broadway tube station. Very pleased with this price for London.

great location ...near to tube station”
I love the location of this hotel when I went to see around tooting area. The hotel is near to the tube station, the tooting broadway which is only 5 minutes walk. The hotel itself is clean and tidy. I got the ensuite room and I had a lovely night. Although the only thing i noticed is heard a little noise at night from the outside, but apart from that I would recommend this hotel.

Good value for money”
This is basically a bed and breakfast type of accommodation. Breakfast was included but you needed to prepare yourself at the shared kitchen. The advantage was that you might eat at any time if you were hungry. It is not very close to the city center but it is about 2 minute walk to the bus stops or about 5 to ten minutes to the underground. We ordered a room with shared washroom but we were surprised to get a one with private washroom at our request. The room is kind of small but it is very clean, cozy and comfortable. It was worth the price we paid. The staff was friendly and helpful. In general, we enjoy the three nights stay in Flexistay.

Good apartment with value price”
Its self service apartment,they have the common room and common kitchen then u can go n get something to eat all the time. The staffs are very nice n helpful. They come everyday for new and clean towels. The price is awesome compare with many hotels in London. The location is not too far from tube like 3 mins walk. And many food places,supermarkets around the area. The apartment is in the zone 3(tube map) if u stay for like 1 wks here make sure u buy the oyster card cover to the zone3 so u don't have to top up more money.

Great location in Tooting , clean and efficient. Top bedroom I stayed in is near a noisy electrical box that emits a loud buzz/hum noise that does not stop *ever* which doesn't help towards a good nights sleep. Also to TV has intermittent transmission for most channels
