Everything was good. Located about 350 meter from Mikawashima station, Maruetsu supermarket just next to this apartment and a few step further is 7eleven. Everything was good except the beds not recommend for people who have problem with your back. I have back ache everyday after got up. And one bed room in the apartment the bed was right next to the window you can feel cold from the air outside. And the small living room has no air conditiner ( heater ) so you can feel cold when you watch tv. ( there are 2 heaters in each bedroom )

Easy to travel to CBD, and city area”
The place is very nice, clean, and accommodated. Near to JR station, only one stop to reach Nippori. Nearby convenient store and super market. Good to stay !

The questhouse is only 5 minutes walk from Mikawashima train station. Spacious for family stay though the place is dated but it is clean. Staff is friendly and speak a little English. Overall a satisfactory stay for me and family.

Good size, Clean”
The Location was good, convenient for JR lines and pretty close to a couple of the metro lines. The place was as advertised. The couch/table were older than the ones in the image but other than that it was as shown. Good amount of space for Tokyo and bed was comfortable. Having a 7-11 near with an international bank friendly atm was very convenient.

Convenient and value for money”
You cam get here by keisei skyliner from Narita airport. The check-in and check-out process can be totally done by yourself 24/7 which is very convenient. The facilities in room are very well, including fridge, washing machine, small kitchen with microwave, implements and tableware , place for hanging clothes and amenities... Air conditioning and lighting cam be adjusted as you like. The location is convenient but also quiet with two railway stations, a commercial street, two convenient stores, supermarket. You can just take one or two stations to Ueno and Nippori and start your journey to Tokyo. Bed and pillow is big and clean enough enough but can be more comfortable, maybe too harder for four of us. Clothes-hanger can be more... By the way, it is pleasant experience to stay in here

Practical option, enough space for a family of 4-5”
2BR configuration was very useful, provided enough privacy and personal space for the family. Bathroom was very clean and comfortable, allowed for bathing, toilet, sink use at the same time without any hassle. Enough towels also. Master BR had a daybed which could be another small bed if needed (better though if extra pillows, blankets were already provided or stored in the cabinets). Big enough ref to store food also. For a clean, safe place in the area, this is very much worth it.

Pro- close to the train station and they are allowed us to check in early when we arrive at noon . The dining table in the living room is a plus. Con- the bathroom especially the bathtub is not big enough for men. There was a lot of noise when you turned on the water heater . No clothes hangers. No English instructions how to use washing machine. Far from the subway. Overall the place is good enough for us to stay comfortably in the budget.

Enjoyed the stay here at Grand Nishi-Nippori. It's very near the Mikawashima JR Station so it's convenient to travelers who purchased the JR Pass. It also has a good location with a supermarket and 7-11 nearby. The family room we got are spacious with complete facilities. Really good value for the our money. Though we only have a brief encounter with the staff, everything that we needed we're all provided for. I would recommend this to families and groups of friends travelling together.

Brant new apartment, spotless and spacious, you have all what you need included a pc and laundry machine . Quiet neighbord with two métro Station at walking distance. Rezonable price, I'll recommand it and come back in my next visit to Tokyo.

We stayed only overnight at this place but it was really good. Spacious for Tokyo places and very complete. There are plenty of space for the bathroom, kitchen, rooms and even your luggages. Wifi is fast, the place is very close to the JR station. You just have to note the timing of the trains as sometimes it varies with the station transfers. It is very comfortable and self check in/out was a breeze. I will definitely recommend and stay here again. Value for money!!

Awesome location. Walking distance to train stations.. nearest would be Mikawashima station. Supermarket and convenience stores just a few steps away. Friendly and helpful staff. They allowed us to early check-in which is a plus. Perfect place for family. Clean. Comfortable. Equipped with everything we needed. It's like a home away from home. Good value for money. We will definitely stay here again when we go to Tokyo.
