Athlete's Foot”
Hamilton is close from airport, that's convenient. The shower drain gets clogged really fast. A flooded shower floor could cause athlete's foot ( Fungi ). Since their's no partition on the floor between the shower and toilet, the whole bathroom floor is wet. If the toilet floor is wet it is not sanitary. They have a shower curtain but it is very high above the floor like woman wearing a mini-skirt.

Nice Hotel near the Airport”
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Their policy of putting a 5 minute delay on the aircon start-up puzzles me though. This is probably applicable only if they are coming from a brownout and they want to stabilize the power first. Five minutes is simply too long to wait if you're coming from a tiring 2 hour plane trip. I also think that wi-fi insode the hotel room should be standard for a hotel that claims itself to be 2 stars.

Not worth your money”
The ad says the deluxe room has a queen size bed but IRL it is only a double bed. Totally not worth it. I paid 1.5k for a room that is not worth it. I have tried othet hotels in the city and they are way more better than hamilton. We should have stayed on another hotel. It will be way more better half the price.

A good alternative to more expensive hotels”
Our stay was ok. It was comfortable enough. Rooms for improvement: -the room was not as clean as expected -after we requested our room to be cleaned, the toiletries (tissue and soap) were not replenished -the lighting in the bathroom was way too dim

Location is good. Staff? The front desk staff is a little bit annoying (Not all of them) Wifi? We didn't get to use their wifi as I was bringing my router and they didn't give the password too (Good thing we have our own). I know that we have to ask for it but as a staff in the front desk they should've give it like in other hotels. The restaurant took them forever to answer the call so we could order something for dinner. It keeps on ringing😔😒 About the Room, its GOOD. Spacious. AC is the BEST!! 💚 We had a good night sleep👍🏻👍🏻

Disappointed with cleanliness ”
Location - the hotel was much closer to the KCC Mall, not as accurate on google maps (as it showed it closer to the airport) not that big of deal as it was still on the same road. Bathrooms - when we got in there were insects on the toilet bowl floating. The lights were not that bright but there were a bunch of cobwebs along the ceiling. The water pressure was not that strong and the tiles were dirty needs to be wiped down on the floor and along the wall sides. The 2 towels they provided very thin and tattered. The water bucket and water pail was dirty as you can see the water mold on the plastic accumulating. Room - Had a tv, an open closet, a bed and 1 chair. A small table would have been nice to accompany that chair. There were no hangers on the closet rod so no point on hanging any clothes there. The bed and pillows were decent and one blanket was provided. TV was dusty, not that I usually look behind the TV but I wasn't surprised to find it dusty. The Wifi was pretty weak - it was also wasn't provided, I had to ask. It would have been nice to have a hotel booklet in the room..to just let guest know what the front desk number was, what wifi was etc. Again I'll mention cleanliness, there were ants on the floor...I guess there were dead insects found under the bed floor since I saw a trail of ants carrying those said dead insects back to where they came from - which is by the closet corner of the floor. I guess the ants do more cleaning than the staff?? Please clean your hotel rooms. Its a shame because the location is actually very good and the room was spacious. I made sure my luggage is always shut so no random insects would get in. So again please clean your rooms! Thankyou

Overall, it was a very convenient location for a very short trip where everything has to be done within a day.

the toilet wasnt very clean, there were small insects in the sink. The room, pillows and sheets had a damp smell. We checked late (around midnight), and the hallways were not lit.
