Great morning staff”
Pro: location, newly built, staff is amazing and very very helpful. For the price, I could easily go somewhere else but because of the day staff, I opted to book another night. Cons: small slippers in room, oddly designed floor plan but it works, nice lounge area and eating tables upstairs, price can be high unless you grab a deal on Agoda.

Location close to airport in the narrow street, with the price we paid there should be other better places. We stayed at rm 404. Layout is ok. Room is simple nothing fancy. Just one small 2'x3' window. The bathroom definitely needs repair, water flood the floor every time we use the shower. Since it's our last few days in Saigon we just didn't want to complain or move.

I arrived at 10:30am, thinking I can check-in early since it says I can check in from 12AM. The thing is, they thought 12AM (midnight) is 12PM (noon). They asked me to pay 200,000 VND if I wanted to check-in early but ofc I didn't. I just waited in the lobby. Location: Great - close to restaurants and convenient stores and most especially the airport which is the main reason why I booked it. Staff: Good, but could be better. I explained to her that the site says I can check-in from 12AM but she insisted I have to wait (without a smile), and I got it - she didn't know the diff between 12AM and 12PM and it was not her fault I guess. She let me check-in at 11:30am though which was okay enough. She told me I'll be in "4th" floor which was wrong. Thankfully I tried 1st floor and it worked. :) Room: Spacious, clean, and comfy. Response Rate: Quick enough, and they were responsive when I asked stuff before my stay. Thank you!

For Airport transit ”
The hotel is very basic. Nothing fancy but has an essential amenity. Some parts of the room was a bit dirty. It's about 3-5 mins to the airport by taxi. Convenient and close to the airport. There were only a few coffee shop and restaurants nearby.
