Location, cleanliness, friendly”
Great location, minutes from temple mead railway station. Minutes to bridge over river into all river n central city areas. Bus stop immediately outside hotel, No 8 bus takes you through most city areas, theatre , shops, museums and Clifton village which is a must visit area of the city. 4 days n nights flew by. Great hotel, helpful knowledgeable staff, cleanliness all excellent. Bristol has some great sights, restaurants and cafes.

This hotel was perfect for our needs. It's clean and comfortable. It's very close to the train station and not too far of a walk from the city center. The gym was a nice bonus. The staff were helpful and kind.

Stopped here with some girlfriends, we booked afternoon tea as well, which was lovely, handy for a stay of you love shopping as it was just up the road, train station 5 min walk away, rooms were lovely, I would definitely stop here again

The food was unexpectedly good - both choice and quantity - service was excellent - and quality of both dinner and breakfast impressed. Good choice of food and drink. Good place to stay near Bristol Temple Meads”
I attended a meeting near Bristol Temple Meads, and the Hilton Garden Inn was located a very short walk away from my meeting venue. The rooms, the beds and the bathrooms are comfortable and clean, and of a decent enough size. The staff (I only dealt with the reception) were always very helpful and knowledgeable. It is a good place for a business traveler to stay in this central location. The rate (which I knew when I made the booking) was a little bit pricey, and I normally expect, and see, a little bit more luxury and a bit bigger rooms in that price bracket, even in a central location, however, there was a Rod Stewart concert in town that night, so perhaps I was staying at a very peak time.

Fab bar and food on the ground floor. I had a 3 rd floor room looking into the small park, lovely...if not a little small but don’t let that put you off. The place makes up for it with friendly staff and nice large windows.

Conveniently located ”
The hotel is within 20 minutes walk from the train station. Bus stops are right outside the hotel. Just get a £5 one day bus ticket and you can go anywhere you like. Of course, the city centre is also close : if you walk through the park behind the hotel, you can reach the centre within 15 minutes. Breakfast is good, too.

Average hotel but great location ”
Location was perfect bus stop right outside hotel which takes you to Bristol zoo. The city centre was about 20min walk away. Hotel was a little tired I have stayed in better 3 star hotels so would not consider this as a 4. The carpets were stained, plug socket coming out of wall, the TV was so slow to work, lights in hall way didn't work but the bed was really comfy and the room was spacious. Tip- bring your own hair dryer as the one they provided was so old!
