This is our second stay at this hotel, the room size is great (the beds huge), bathroom is huge and we believe the hotel has started the process of upgrading the shower size (small). We love the fact that location wise you have the river at the back and surf beach at the front, on both occasions we have had a upstairs river facing room and find it ideal. The pool areas are very good...I did mention to front office that I thought the edging tiles in one of the pools needed cleaning and they had it done immediately....no problems are to big or small for the very helpful and attentive staff. We will be back again next year.

We stayed for two weeks in an upstairs room with a balcony facing the ocean. The ocean breeze was gentle and refreshing. The surf sound masked most of the light traffic noise. The really good stuff: The staff, staff, staff. They are fantastically professional, personal, and efficient. They remembered every important detail and were always friendly. The reception desk, the maids, the pool staff, the dining facility staff, every one of them. The breakfast offered a good and healthful variety each day. The restaurant's riverside setting is magical in the morning or in the evening. Hoi An's ancient town is a few kilometers away but the hotel's shuttle bus provided adequate transport options. The city can be quite hectic with mopeds and honking cars. Coming back to the tranquil hotel was always a relief. We highly recommend the hotel.

The type of place you want to stay. Clean, gorgeous, reasonably priced, comfortable. The pool is inviting, large enough to lap swim, and supplied by a close bar/breakfast. The rooms were cozy and clean with big bathrooms and balconies. Water pressure and heat were adequate. Staff were helpful. Beach is close, bikes are available for use. Wish we had been able to stay longer.

Amazing spot for families or those wanting to be away from the busy ”
We have new to Hoi An before and knew we didn’t want to stay in Old Hoi An and be closer to the beach. This facility is great if you have children as they can be outside and playing. The beach is under construction right now but the hotel offers a free shuttle to another beach club that was good. We got a babysitter one evening and it all worked out great.

Paradise unspoilt”
After leaving Saigon this resort is pure paradise. We were met with a ice cold drink and refreshing cloth. The staff are so charming and friendly. The rooms are roomy and comfortable. Free use of cycles means a pleasant ride into the quaint town. A free shuttle service is offered if you don’t like biking. The swimming pools have a good number of sun loungers. Breakfast in the restaurant is a great start to your day. Across the street great little restaurants, convenience stores and laundry services take care of all your needs. I recommend this resort highly to anyone wanting a taste of paradise.

Had a great time at this resort. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast offered (buffet style) was great and the cooks were accommodating with special food requests. We rented a motorbike and easily got around town. Old Town was accessible within 4kms. The only downside was the beach across the road was eroded. However this was not a big concern for us as we had access to 2 pools. Overall a really comfortable stay in one of the best towns of Vietnam we visited.

Great Stay at Affordable Price”
Hoi An Beach Resort was absolutely amazing; the staff were unbelievably friendly and hospitable. The view along the river was great, especially with all the local boats passing by. Currently (February 2021) the beach is non-existent because of last year's terrible rainy season (worst in 20 years), but Hoi An Beach Resort had an unbeatable discount which more than makes up for this. Definitely recommend

Relaxing and peaceful”
Spent a week at Hoi An Beach Resort and loved it. The hotel has a private beach area, although we only visited it briefly. The hotel is located on a quiet street that has several nice restaurants. Hubby is a fussy eater and he found enough of a selection to keep him happy. We also ate at the hotel’s restaurant- the food was lovely. The buffet breakfast offered the usual selection of pastries, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, eggs, bacon and rice/noodle dishes. The hotel has a shuttle bus into the Old Town that we used a few times and hubby used the gym almost daily. We were looking for some time to unwind from work and spend time by the pool reading with the chance to do some short excursions or walks if we wanted to, and for that, Hoi An Beach Resort was perfect.

The most friendly staff & Service I’ve met. Location is rather good but unfortunately the hotel suffers from disappeared Cua Dai beach. There’s sand sack’s to prevent further erosion. You can swim in narrow area but it’s not a beach anymore. The distance to An Bang beach is short and you can take a taxi there lasting 10 min and costing under 100 000 vnd. also the pools are nice and clean. The traffic inbetween hotel and ’beach’ is quite heavy and disturbing with honking horns Vietnamese like to use. So it starts early in the morning and keeps continuing late evening. Also the ’seaview’ is not what it should be because of a fence between hotel area and road. Choose riverside If you can. Be aware that hotel adds 5% service and 10% tax to the list prices at bar & restaurants. But If you can live with these the hotel is a Very good choice for even longer staying (We had 2 wks) and We were still satisfied.

We have always liked Hoi An Beach Resort for its very peace and charm. Rooms are spacious, well equipped and tastefully furnished, each with balcony looking over the beautiful river. Due to the effect of the pandemic, buffet breakfast is replaced with a-la-carte option. Staff are friendly and very helpful. It is definitely a great place to relax.

We loved the attentive, friendly staff. The resort's guest relations officers offered second to none service with a smile. We were very appreciative of Ms Minh Hien Nguyen, who helped us reschedule one of our flights. The river was beautiful and our room overlooked the river and the infinity edge pool... fantastic location. We loved the fresh fruit, great breakfast and daily swims. Only con for us was it wasn't the best location if you were a beach lover as the beach is sandbagged and a little dirty, but the resort's 2 pools more than made up for it for us, and it was the river that drew us in! Thoroughly recommend 😊

Helpful staff, beautiful property”
Facility is beautiful, clean and well maintained. I wish we could have used the pool but we picked the wrong time of year to travel to the area Hotel is approx 2 km from old town and hotel provides a convenient shuttle. We did not eat at the hotel but found tasty offerings at nearby restaurants. The only negative I have to add is that I wish the beds were a tad more comfortable. They were too firm for my taste.
