Great scenic location and comfy rooms!”
This was a gem of a hotel just a couple minutes from the bustling tourist area of Hoi An, but it might have felt hours away into the countryside, situated as it is right in the middle of a whole bunch of beautiful rice fields. The scenery from our big glass doors and balcony was so peaceful with the fields and water buffalo, and the room itself was big, clean, and very comfortable with a great shower. The pool and the pool area were beautiful too, but with it being winter we weren't too tempted to try it out. My fried rice breakfast was delicious, we easily rented a motorbike from them, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. What a great hotel for the value!

Wonderful stay”
I spent 3 nights at the villa and the personal tool very good care of me. Everyone were so kind. The villa was built recently and everything is like on the picture: clean, well designed, modern. You can borrow cycle to go to the city center (5-10min). The villa is situated just next to rice fields and it is very peaceful. The swimming is very beautiful. If you want to rest and spend wonderful time in Hoi An just book at Four Seasons villa you will love it! Regards to the owner and the staffs.

Fabulous ”
Couldn’t fault this place. the location was great. It was a short bike ride into town. Bike hire was free from the hotel. Staff were amazing and went out of there way to make our stay great, even doing a full breakfast service an hour earlier than normal the morning we checked out and doing breakfast for us after we returned from a sunrise tour. The facilities were fabulous. Gorgeous pool and the place was spotlessly clean. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the best hotel in Southeast Asia that I have stayed at. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was beautiful, the pool was warm, the breakfast (free) was delicious, and the view of the surrounding rice fields was spectacular. A little paradise oasis!”
I came to Hoi An Four Seasons Villa with my mum (60 y.o) and two boys (5 and 3 y.o) and would highly highly recommend this place. It has been our little oasis of paradise for 5 days. The staff is absolutely amazing and they did everything they could to spoil my little boys. The breakfast was delicious (banana pancakes, bread, fresh juice and seasonal fruits). We had access to free adult bikes with baby seats to allow us to easily ride in the beautiful rice fields surrounding us or connect to the beach (20min ride) or to the old town (5min ride). The room was very spacious and we had xxl beds. Overall an amazing experience!

Very nice place. Quiet. Not on the beach but faces rice fields for a country feel.”
Staff really went out if their way to provide us with anything we wanted . Rooms are large and clean. Our AC was a little weak, but I asked for a fan at night and they complied. At first it didn't seem like a good place, but it grew on us and we really enjoyed the location and views of the fields.

Exceptional”
There are beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the rice fields, the old Town is about 5 minutes by bicycle, the rooms are large and clean and the staff is so nice. It's really nice to stay somewhere overlooking the rice fields instead of in the old Town and the beaxh where it is so busy and crowded. Don't think about it, just stay here!

This hotel is so clean and beautiful. The staff are super friendly , the breakfast is very good. The rooms are big with great views. The hotel is 20 minutes walk to the old town , meanwhile it’s away from the noises and it’s surrounded with beautiful nature. I highly recommend it.

Perfect”
Was excellent for us and exceeded standards.... - Large room with good A/C - Extremely courteous Staff - Spotless pool (Perfect for cooling off on hot day) - Breakfast was included in price and delicious. - Albeit, location was 800m away from city center, it was perfect for us as it was serene, quiet and didn't hear the chaotic streets. Also, they provided free bicycle rentals, and you can rent a reliable motorbike for 150,000vnd a day (which we used to get to the beach one day)

Simply amazing”
Me and my wife had an amazing time here for our short stay. They upgraded our room for free and helped us with everything we needed including our taxi to Da Nang. What a beautiful location, unreal pool with paddy fields in view. Clean rooms, solid WiFi and good air con. Walking distance from Old City and they offer bikes or bicycles. Everything you need in one place with really affordable rates. They aren’t the most fluent of speakers but you can easily understand each other. Their family is adorable.

Beauty in the season of rising water”
We came in the days that Hoian was covered by water, everycorner. There was no path to access the villa except crossing among water. Thu, the host was very nice. He equipped us with the boots, motorbike... all things to help us enjoy these special moments in the town. The view from the villa was beautiful even during flooding. And we enjoyed the swimming pool a lot. We love these special days staying here.

An oasis from hectic HoiAn”
The Four Seasons Villa is a fantastic small hotel in a great location. It's within walking distance from the old town and a cheap taxi ride to An Bang Beach. The room was large and had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. The pool area is the perfect place to chill after a day in the old town. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. A gem in the rice fields”
A cute little place located in between rice fields away from the noisy roads. Only 6min bicycle ride to the hot spot. Staff is so warm and courteously. The view fromm the room over 2 balconies to the rice fields was so calming and pieceful. Only neighbours rooster got up way too early in the morning...

Absolutely fantastic”
I think this is probably the best place to stay in Hội An. The staff were incredible, the views amazing, and you can so quickly ride a bicycle to the heart of ancient town. Really, don't look anywhere else. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat :)
