A friendly welcome and a lovely room with all you need , clean and comfrey. Stayed as going to Lowry and was perfect also for catching tram to town . Breakfast was impressive . Good choice and lots of it . Again all staff were helpful and wanted to make your stay very pleasant. Used the car park added bonus . Will be back . Thank you

From the minute we walked in as a group of 4 we was greeted with a warm welcome, staff couldn’t do enough for us. (Especially Jack). Breakfast was great, bar open 24hrs (managers discretion) and the rooms were big enough and clean. There’s a tram station a short stroll away to get you anywhere you’d like.

Stayed here to attend a comedy night tab at the Lowry. Staff were polite and helpful. Room was on the little small side but it was nice and clean and the bed comfy. Parking was only £4 a day which is cheap for Manchester. Would most definitely use the hotel again if I was to attend the Lowry theatre

Really good value for money”
At the price there can be no down sides. Anything you could point out as being an improvement would obviously push prices s lot higher which is quite unnecessary with all the amenities available in the area. One of the outstanding features is most definitely the staff who has a whole are brilliant and make the stay really pleasant. Will definitely recommend.

Up to personal opinion”
Some issues were happened during the check-in process, the first impression for the hotel is not good, even they have provided the early check-in to us. Except for the above issues, the most staffs in the hotel are friendly, the take away breakfast buffet is good, the room is clean, the room viewing is great as well. Finally, thanks Agoda on helping to settle the problem that happened in the check-in process, will continue to use Agoda for booking the hotels.

Event/game days maybe review procedures for check in. Got to hotel at 1 to check in and we cldnt check in till 2. Mentioned we were going to day/night game of cricket and said we would have to check in after game which was fine but the problem was everyone else got told the same thing. So at end of game you had everyone trying to check in. The line was out the door. It took us 45 mins in the line at 10.30 at night to check in. It was the last thing you needed after a long day. I’m sure some rooms were available for people to have been able to check in earlier in the day.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay very much. We visited Manchester to tour Old Trafford and Etihad Stadiums and go to the National a Football a Museum. All were easily accessible from the hotel. The hotel facilities were of a good standard and it is well located with onsite parking. Our party of mum and two teenage sons was a little cramped in our room as a sofa bed was required. Twin beds were requested but not provided, so not as comfortable for sleeping as one would wish. Sky sports in room would have been appreciated. The wifi was good. We would stay here again. PS If you are a Manchester United fan some rooms have views of the Old Trafford stadium and you can easily walk there.

We chose this branch instead of the Oxford Rd (not to be mistaken to be the same hotel! We made that mistake and wasted a bit of money on the PTE-booked train fare...) because my partner wanted to make his pilgrimage to the Old Trafford Stadium. It was about a 10-minute walk away. We could see the stadium from the hotel. Great location with good food available nearby. Shopping mall (outlet mall) just a 5 minute walk from the hotel for the ladies if you're not interested in visiting the stadium. The rooms were clean, aircond temperature adjustable, hot water available, beds were comfortable. Pillows come in two options - soft or hard - perfect for partner and I (he prefers hard, I prefer soft). Hot water pot available. Such a value for money place for people on a budget too! Having come from Malaysia, we only paid RM320 for the room. Two breakfasts included and wifi for one device. Great deal!

Excellent Location ”
I stayed with my wife and daughter for a day. It is a superb location, centrally located and very close to Manchester United Football stadium and Museums. The walk along the quay is superb with excellent view of water sports and Bungee Jumping from the hotel room. Helpful staff. Nice Breakfast. It is half the price as compared to a similar property in London. Lowry mall is just a walk away. In all a brilliant experience!!!
