Stay for 2 nights”
Friendly staff and the room was relatively clean however we did find pill bottles under the bed and hair from previous visits in the sink. Room was not cleaned during my stay for some reason. Not the ideal spot if you want to visit south beach which is a 20 - 30 min drive or a $25-$30 Uber drive one-way. The upper floor bar was great and the pool area clean.

No hot water at all, Only cold water for winter season”
1. There is no hot water (even no warm water) I and my girl friend stayed in this motel. Thank you, we took a shower with cold water in the morning during winter season. I can’t believe I turned water on for 30min. and keep cold water even though I’ve controlled the water temperature. 2. Restaurant is really slow. I went to restaurant at their top floor. I tried to order something, but waitress ask us to wait and then she went to another people and got order and then never came back to my table for 20min. and I left due to their careless. There were 4 table at 9am and while I am waiting for 30min., everyone looks waiting of waitress or waiting their food.

You get what you pay for. I will definitely pay more for a better hotel next time. Staff was ok, just flat personality, nothing overly outstanding. Pool area is very basic, whoever took the pictures for the website was very talented because they made it look much better than it actually is! Room are half outdated and half remodeled with new fixtures etc.

The staff was disrespectful to me and my spouse, got to our room and there were stuff on the curtains, pubes in the bathroom! Called the lobby and they hung up on me twice! Went down there and they were just as rude.

Good, Clean, Economical Place Near the Airport”
Rooms are decently sized, clean, and have the look of a recent renovation. The staff is friendly and helpful, and if you need to stay near the airport (roughly five minutes away by car), it's a very economical choice.

I booked this hotel because it said parking and breakfast was included. Neither were included! The fact that they charge per day just to park in their parking lot on top the already high hotel rate is a little absurd to me.

Pre cruise trip”
We needed a hotel close to the airport for our return flight to the UK. The holiday inn was very convenient with free breakfast with hot and cold items, little take away coffee shop in reception open from 9am to midnight, and free shuttle to airport running every 30mins. Hotel pool very small and crowded. Some staff do not speak English so unless you speak Spanish, this can be an issue. Some front desk staff(ladies) rather abrupt and rude. Overall good value and good location. Rooms had microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Free parking if you have a rental car. Would stay again. Burger King and Pollo Tropical located across the street.

El hotel es internamente viejo y tiene olor a humedad, la limpieza muy regular el baño del cuarto muy pequeño, el desayuno con muy mala sazón y el personal de recepción totalmente fuera de lo que se espera muy despotas y poco colaboradores se creen lo maximo y discriminan El hotel debería chequear a quienes estaban en recepción el 22 de Junio a las 9 PM y el 22 de Junio a las 10 am son personas que no merecen estar atendiendo sus clientes
