Although it takes about 10 minutes to walk from the Shin-Osaka Station, the route to the hotel via Exit 4 (with a lift for those with heavy luggage) is relatively smooth. The hotel offers relatively quiet rooms and two large baths. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. Luggage can be stored before and after check-in/out time. The nightly soba, however, is just so-so... I usually add additional "ingredients" from the supermart to improve the overall taste...

The BATH and the breakfast!!”
I was in Osaka for a short work trip in which I was taking train. androoms is next to the station, quiet, well designed and has great service. The highlight is the public bath (sento). Very clean and calm and with massage chairs after a long day. The breakfast and soba restaurant were very good too.

Good hotel except it very far from the city center”
Clean and comfortable hotel to stay in. Its near the train station but abit far of from the city center. We were using it as a transition hotel to head towards Kobe which was very convenient. Hotel also provide supper, soba noodles and hot spring. Great overall experience.

Great hotel that has onsen and serves you supper!”
Very comfortable bed and room, though a little small. Onsen is according to gender and ladies onsen comes with dyson hair dryer. Location near shin-osaka station. 1st day felt very far but as the next few days when we are used to it, its bearable. Hotel comes with free soba for supper. Simple gesture but very much appreciated after a long day out.

Stayed here with parents and young kid and it was very convenient for us to travel around by train. Facilities is pretty good too. There’s free hot udon noodle served every night and there’s an onsen in the hotel too. The rooms are not very spacious but very clean. Good choice of hotel

Thank you for staying to our hotel. Nearest staion nemed Shin-osaka, it is one of the main staion in Kansai area. To hotel from the station,it takes about 10-15 minutes on foot. And we served Japanese soba noodle every night, it can eat free of charge. Also large public bath can use until 2a.m. Thank you for good review. Pros: Location, if you plan to visit other places outside Osaka. The breakfast is great. It’ll definitely fill you up for the day. The staff’s service is amazing — very courteous and willing to help. There are a number of restaurants near the hotel and there’s a Lawson too. Cons: The breakfast could use a little more upgrading — more varieties each day. If you don’t plan to visit other places outside Osaka, maybe opt for a place somewhere near Dotonbori or downtown Osaka. I just wished they could have told us about the baggage delivery service upon check-in so we could have availed it earlier.

It’s ideal choice if you want to save cost”
It’s a 5mins far from main station. The environment is quite and mainly business office. So it’s quite hard to find a restaurant at night. But the cafe of the hotel provide free soba at 21;00. The hotel is clean and cozy overall. It’s a ideal choice if you wanna save cost

The hotel is very new, providing breakfast and late-night supper! But the check in staff can just speak a little bit English .Location is OK, about 8-10 minutes walk to the train station ~ and about 3 minutes can walk to convenience store .

Great New hotel at Shin-Osaka area”
This hotel is about a 500 meter distance from the Shin-Osaka station which has all the Shinkansen lines stopping at it. It’s more on the quiet side but it’s a brand new hotel with a nice Public Bath facility included in your stay. It’s also on the more quiet side of Osaka but still easily accessible.
