Old but well maintained, nice hotel”
The Deluxe AC room I booked was big and spacious with a small balcony open to greenery. Room has large king size bed, sofa set (one 3 seaters and 1 single seater) with a table. There few more furnitures, almirah, electric, kettle, TV, etc. Overall the facilities was very good and its clean. The room was prompt, we never had to wait much for anything we ordered in the room, room service was really good. Their restaurant serve good, tasty food and the complimentary breakfast was good too. We felt the À la carte menu which is being served in the room are expensive. Their Bar has good collection of liquor, wine and cocktails. Mocktails are okay. It is located in a nice, quite place with greenery all around. Also, its close (between 2 to 8 kms) to some of the famous tourists places in Madikeri (Mercara). Overall, we had good time in Hotel Coorg International-Mercara.

Great place clean and comfortable. Mr arnab and vinod personally took us by car and arranged our rt pcr test which suddenly became mandatory. Staff all deserve a mention it was like being at home. Would certainly return again

It was a nice experience staying there, only thing was there were no north indian options in breakfast , also there is some rule of Hot water timings which did not felt good. Overall it was nice

Hotel is fairly clean. Restaurant has good menu with wide choice. We were very happy with excellent service provided by restaurant manager Mr.Augustine. Highly recommended for short trip to Coorg

Good hotel but not much to offer”
The hotel is located in Coorg and its in a quaint place. It has decent food and a decent bar. The food and beverages are not too expensive. However, a room rate of Rs. 5000+ for breakfast included is a little on the higher side. I dont know if there is free WiFi since i did not see any offering. I also found that the hotel has all the rooms in the first floor but there is no elevator/lift. This means that people with disabilities such as myself (with a crutch) or people who are older with health problems will find it difficult to manage, in this hotel. The service is quite good. The waiters are responsive and quick to every need and there is not much to complain about. You can ask for a rental auto or a car at the reception and they can make it available.

In family room, 4 adults were allowed We stayed 2 adults with 2 kids Still reception staff asked for extra charge for one kid of twelve years They don’t have rules and regulations They don’t want to understand and blaming Agoda for the issue

Excellent room service with very humble restaurant staff,Food quality needs improvement…I stayed in deluxe air conditioned room no 110 ,the toilet flush (buttons)of which were very problematic.needs to be replaced

Housekeeping not upto the mark, so you would need to chase them a bit as their housekeeping timing is between 2-5 pm only

A big Disappointment”
A big loss in terms of Money. Not worthy of what I have paid for. The hotel is below average standard. The food is over priced. Everything is too expensive. No provision or arrangements for kids play area.
