Exceptional Service”
The housekeeping and front desk staff ensured I was comfortable and well taken care of. Room 315 was great! Large, beautiful bathroom, and great view of the park. I had originally been placed on the Garden Level, but there were workers outside the windows with limited view. The front desk saw my dissatisfaction, knew that I was staying a week, and moved me to a higher floor. I will definitely be staying here again.

We were pleasantly surprised with the all round quality of this hotel for the cost of our bed and breakfast stay.The room although not enormous was well-appointed and had a great ensuite bathroom.The bed was very comfortable with quality pillows and linen.The bathroom was supplied with plenty of sumptuous towels and a full range of toiletries,towelling robes and slippers.Coffee and tea supplies were replenished daily.The hotel is located very close to Earls Court Station which was excellent for the locations we wanted to visit and a range of bars and eating places. Breakfast was very good and there was a choice of cooked options as well as access to the fare in the breakfast buffet.The staff at this hotel were without exception very helpful pleasant and friendly and deserve credit for their hard work and commitment to making our stay such a

This charming hotel is well placed for a host of activities in London and what is impressive is the cleanliness and modernisation of the rooms and facilities. It is very clean and the rooms are well fitted out and comfortable beds. Above all the staff are welcoming , efficient and most helpful. Comfort and convenience”
I stayed 3 nights which was a bit pricey but Earl's Court is close to Chelsea and Kensington. You can walk to the V&A from the hotel and it has some good restaurants in the area. I found the Little French Restaurant had good food and ambiance. The train is very close and you can get snacks at the supermarket near the station.

Comfy hotel in nice neighborhood”
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The breakfast was superb and the location was convenient, just around the corner from the underground. However, I booked a king bed superior room and was given a queen bed. For the price I paid I was disappointed. Also, they were under construction and we were not told this prior to booking. A bit noisy at times.

too many big disappointments”
I am still staying here, but I am very frustrated and feel the need to share. I chose this hotel because of the location and style. The location is very convenient and I appreciate that (close to subway stations and an easy walk); it is also in a quiet neighborhood which I appreciated. I did love the style and admire the decorating style; so cute! I came here for business and I appreciated the refrigerator and ironing board with iron. I have no complaints with the size of my room as other travelers have indicated. Some things I am disappointed in: I am here in January, and my room is in the basement. It is absolutely FREEZING in my room. Only with 3 portable heaters does it seem tolerable, though I have no more outlets (they did give me an extension cord with other outlets which I appreciated); my second and third night, no hot water which they couldn't fix til the next morning, or I had to move rooms. My phone didn't work to call the front desk. Too many big issues to deal with!

Barkston hotel - not bad”
The hotel is very centrally located near the Natural History Museum, Kensington High Street, Harrods and Hyde Park. It was of reasonable quality, although my room was in the basement and clearly needed some refurbishing. I would probably go back just for convenience if I could not find another hotel in the same area at a competitive price, but otherwise not really.

Very convenient location”
The staff were very helpful, they provided all the information we wanted. We got upgraded to a family room when we arrived so that was nice. The rooms were a bit shabby, though. The floor boards were creaky and the carpet was stained. The toilet was clean and functional. We were most satisfied with the stay and liked the area very much. Will recommend to friends who are going to London on a budget.

This hotel has offered me excellent value in the past and I have recommended it to more than one friend for either a business stopover or a base for exploring London as a tourist. I cant do that now but I hope it will sort itself out soon.

I had a room in the basement, even I mentioned on remark, I prefer high floor when I made reservation...the room was cold, even I had an electric heater, but didn't help too much....breakfast is simple, but have healthy choices. A little bit disappointed...
