We were only able to stay at this hotel for one night since the hotel that we were originally supposed to transfer to cancelled our booking at the last minute due to an error in the system. The hotel is VERY conveniently located (I recommend that you get of at Iidabashi station instead of Suidobashi station since it's a closer walk). The staff were very accommodating. The room was incredibly clean and the beds were very comfortable. If you're thinking about booking this place, you should.

Wonderful”
Stayed from September 26 to October 2 room 1010. We have a wonderful experience. Staffs are accomodating. Clean facilities. Very Accesible the Location was near in everything you need like the subway and jr train is just 5 minutes Iidabashi station. Family mart, lawson and seven is just outside thats why you need to worry if you get hungry on midnight. Buffet breakfast is good but i suggest that they should change menu everyday because we stayed for 7 days and the breakfast was always the same we just hope that they change menu sometimes. But overall Very Wonderful Experience. Thank you!

The place was great and looks pretty high end. We booked a 5 pax room and they laid out all the beds already when we got there. The room had a great view and the hotel is near the station. Lots of konbinis and service was excellent.

Great location-clean rooms and excellent service”
This is a hotel with high standard and good value for your money. It's hard to fine a hotel like Metropolitan Edmont to that price in such a central location in Tokyo with all the necessary services and amenities you need for a short or long stay here. Staff is wonderful and very helpful and some of them speak English. This will definitely be my choice next time I need a hotel in Tokyo.

Very very good hotel”
Good location near station around 3 minutes walk, good staff good service, big room we can even open three big luggage. They have big restroom with seperate toilet area.Since metropolitan Hotel Edmont is a Disney Neighbor Hotel they have free shuttle bus to Disneyland. We will stay here again next time!!!

Reasonable, not amazing”
I stayed at Hotel Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo for two nights in a twin room with my mother. We arrived late and asked for room service - they do not have room service! Which I thought was strange for a large hotel. The beds were comfy, the room wasn't vaccumed as we found chopstick wrappers from the last customer next to the chair and table. Massive hotel, soulless but ok for a couple of nights while you're out sightseeing. Close to the subway which was one of it's main selling points for us.

Everything is excellent. Very spacious family room can fit 5 pax in the room with Family Mart and a halal restaurant right in front of the hotel. Delicious bakery inside the hotel. Star buck and Convenient Shop just outside the hotel. Walking distance to both train stations IIdabashi & Sudobashi (connected to Tokyo Dome). Free shuttle bus to Disneyland & Disneysea. Just perfect for our family vacation. Awesome!

Highly Recommended ”
Comfortable and clean room. We booked the family room which can accommodate up to 5 adults, value for money. Hotel is within walking distance to 2 different subway lines and there were restaurants and coffee places nearby and a Family mart just opposite the entrance. We also took a stroll to the Tokyo Dome and Bunkyo Civic Center (great panoramic view of the city) one morning. The concierge were super professional and helpful when we asked for directions!

I have no regrets and find the hotel to be situated in an area which is convenient to access other Tokyo attractions and must visit sites. I will not hesitate to recommend Metropolitan Edmont to friends who are visiting Tokyo whther on business or leisure.

The hotel itself is excellent, the room is nice, clean and has lots of amneties. The hotel is surrounded by many shops, restaurant and convenient store. There's also a Halal restaurant just across the street. The nearest station is Iidabashi station which is about 5 minutes walk. The station is convenient because it has JR line and also other metro subway line to pretty much any part of tokyo. The hotel itself is located in the center of Tokyo city between Shinjuku and Akihabara. Overall I don't have any negative remarks. The hotel is excellent and the staff also very helpful and friendly.

1 week of fun in Tokyo”
I will say that there were lots of great things to say about this hotel. Its central location made it easy to see most of the sites of Tokyo with ease. You are 2 block away from a JR and metro station. From their you are 20 min away from every thing. We purchased the breakfast with the room, and it was pretty good. Its a full buffet, Japanese, Chinese, European all in all worth it. That being said there are several pastry shops near buy with coffee. A good alternative for sure Rooms are very clean and the staff with out question are kind and courteous. Our room was 23 square meters, comfortable for two. Lots of food around hotel, plus many convenience stores. I would definitely rebook at this location. Good for Couples, and Families. Not that great for singles, not much nite life around. We were usually exhausted by 11pm any way.

Large Comfortable Room”
After a quick check-in, I was shocked to find how spacious and nice the room was. The room was large compared to most Japanese hotels. I had only planned to stay at this hotel one night because it was close to an event I was attending. However, I added an extra day at the end of my trip and decided to stay at this hotel again. Although my Japanese ability is decent for travel purposes, the staff had no trouble communicating in English. Most of the staff spoke English very well. Kudanshita Station/Iidabashi is a quiet but convenient area. It is a good base for exploring the city. I have already planned to book this hotel for my next trip to Tokyo in a few weeks.

Best hotel experience in Japan.”
I've stayed at numerous hotels in different locations throughout Tokyo Japan, by far this one is the best. The staff has numerous English speaking members to help accommodate those who are not fluent in Japanese. Everyone is also very knowledgable and can help out with various different things. They helped us retrieve directions for key locations we were searching for, and they even helped my bring my guitar back home safe by supplying me with additional packing materials. The location is great as well because it's inbetween multiple stops. There is also some great food nearby. For the money this is the best hotel I've expefienced in Japan. I've stayed at higher rated and more expensive hotels but for me, this was the best by far.

A Great Location”
Found the hotel location to be excellent close to two stations (Suidobashi and IIdibashi) and a short walk to another. The neighborhoods around the two nearby stations had a good range of restaurants and evening venues however they were relatively quiet by Tokyo standards, not necessarily a bad thing though if you've had a long day. Staff spoke some English which was helpful to us and the hotel overall was spotlessly clean. We didn't eat in any of the restaurants at the hotel as we were out most days and nights. There are several mini-marts very close to the hotel which are very useful for stocking up on supplies such as drinking water. Overall I would highly recommend the hotel.

Good hotel - interesting location”
I was looking for something comfortable near Tokyo Dome and this hotel met my criteria. Room size was compact, but ok for the price, and clean/well appointed. Check-in/out was efficient, and as a large hotel, even with a queue, it only took five minutes. Window opens, good selection of restaurant near-by and the local train station is only 5-10 minutes away. I spend most of my life travelling/staying in hotels for my work, so I see a lot of hotels - this is one I would stay at again.

We had to make a last minute reservation during the peak tourist season in Tokyo which jacked up the rates to perhaps twice its normal amount. Despite this, we found the hotel and its staff to be worth the price. It was conveniently located near the train station/s and close by to the Tokyo Dome. There was also a Disney shuttle bus service offered but we were not able to use this since our itinerary did not permit. The room was quite small but within Tokyo standards anyway. The bathroom was clean and had a good size. For a smoking room (we do not smoke), you can barely smell any remnants since there was an air cleaner inside. Beds were very good and comfortable. I hope to stay again in the future and I will make sure the book earlier next time to avoid the high cost. This is a solid 4-star hotel.

The hotel is a short walk from exit A5 or A2 of Iidabashi metro station (which is a good base to explore Tokyo because it has a few metro lines). There are 3 convenience stores near the hotel, all only a several minutes' walk away. The hotel also provides free transportation to and from Disneyland (you just have to make a booking at the main reception!). Room was a little small but all other aspects were great. Each room seems to have its own wifi and the signal was excellent. Above all, we were most impressed by the awesome customer service provided. Even though the staff spoke little English, they were all really friendly and would go all out to help us.

Value for money”
I'll start with the bad. The regular rooms are very small. However, it is very clean and very comfortable. It has a boutique feel to it. The location of the hotel is also very good. Only a 5 min walk to Suidobashi station and Iidabashi station. It is also located in a CBD which has many restaurants 7-11 and starbucks. I would definitely recommend this place again and this hotel will be my defacto choice for my next stay in Tokyo.
