The hotel was about 400m. from Kameido station very convenient. Room was small but clean and very comfortable. Environment around the hotel was good with many convenient store. Hotel located far from center but not so difficute to travel by using sky train.

Standard Japanese hotel room, quite small compared to hotels in Australia. The beds definitely look bigger in the photo shown. My partner & I were expecting a queen sized bed, instead it was a double sized bed. Nevertheless, it was fine! Bathroom was tiny! (but this is expected for hotel bathrooms in Japan) Staff were really welcoming. The desk was open 24/7 so we were able to check in at 12 AM (as our flights were delayed). Also they were really responsive to questions we had beforehand etc. Amazing location- 5 min walk from Kameido train station which was SUPER convenient. An amazing area as well: Lawson was opposite the hotel. Very convenient for food in the morning /night.

Facilities were beyond what I have expected considering the price I paid for. Draw back is that it is a 10 minute walk from the station so coming with heavy bags is quite hard but will definitely come back.

When coming from JR Kameido station, there are two exits. If you take East exits, it takes about 5 minutes to walk to our hotel, and this exit has only stairs. If you take North exits, there are escalators and elevators. It takes about 7-10 minutes to walk to our hotel instead. If you have heavy luggage, we recommend to take North. I chose this as it near the place that I will transferring to. But for tourists, I don't think it's good since there's really nothing around the area except for the Lawson and two other restos I found. Though the place is very clean and also a good value for money when you're not a tourist.

Place far from station Jr Kameido, u need exit from behind to get more near to this hotel walk arount 4-5 minute to get this hotel. Many restaurant near station kameido.. Hotel near lawson 24 hours but restaurant no. No cleaning service..

Excellent location with many places to shop and dine in around the hotel. Bathroom is very small and the colour is not pleasant looking. Overall it is a cozy room except that the bathroom is very small and causes some inconvenience.

Room was small the bath was a nice inclusion but only half size the only thing was nobody came to do the room which was a little dissapointing, so we had to find somewhere to put our rubbish, had the same towels nothing replenished like soap, toilet paper etc. But other than that ok

Every room is very dusty. Many hidden dirty in corner, under and beneath toilet. Suggest a MAJOR cleaning. Quarterly MAJOR cleaning is good enough as daily room making doesn't have sufficient time.

Although the room was reasonably spacious, about 27 square meters, the bathroom was cramped. You couldn't even use the toilet without hitting your head against the door. Bed was too firm for my liking. I arrived late and checked out early. Just needed a place to crash for the night but wouldn't recommend it for anything else

The bathroom was designed smaller in order to provide to our guests a more spacious, relaxing bedroom to rest, and also, a better price.
