Spacious Room and Nice Mt Fuji View”
Staff upgrade us to the bigger room upon arrival. That was so kind! Our room extremely huge with own living room and facing Mt Fuji. The room is slightly old but it was clean. There is a free yukata at the lift area. You can borrow it while your stay. Bathroom and toilet is separated. Water pressure, wifi, and air cond is working perfectly. There is an onsen for guest at G floor (300Yen for bath tax will be charged upon check in) This is the first time i tried onsen and it was great! Staff can be communicate in Chinese. Might need to drive out for convenient stores. There is nothing much to be complain. Thank you!

Excellent experience ，can see the full view of Fuji in room”
We are very lucky that we had upgraded to the best room of the hotel.It was totally unexpected! We hv booked 3 ppl room with Fuji view but arranged by the staff to the suite and the highest floor when we arrived! Wow~ There are 2 levels in our suite ,4beds ,2 toilets and 1 bathroom included! The view is excellent and we can see the full view of Fuji! We woke up at 430am to see the sunrise with Fuji in the suite directly! Staff are great and helpful!Esp. the driver of the shuttle bus🙂 Thank you so much for the arrangment! We had spent a great night with Fuji view :) P.S. You can call the hotel to hv a shuttle bus when u arrive the nearest station.

BIG spacious room, good views and hearty breakfast”
Room is very big and clean. Good views of Mt Fuji. A bit dated, but it makes up for it with the size and cleanliness. Staff is very attentive, helpful and friendly. The breakfast is yummy with such good, fresh variety. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Close by to many shopping areas and food places.

It is strategically located to a view with Fuji mountain. You can get a free shuttle bus from the Kawaguchiko station. From Kawaguchiko Station you can access all sightseeing buses. The hotel staff is super friendly and upgraded our room for free. Will definitely visit again.

The rooms were incredibly spacious, the views of Mt Fuji were amazing and the staff were so beautiful. We absolutely loved our stay here. The beds and pillows were a little hard, but that’s the only thing we found unpleasant. Would 100% recommend!

Value for money and a good hotel to stay ”
We are lucky to have a free room upgrade to a suite. Room is spacious and clean. The balcony is facing Fuji mountain though unfortunately the weather was not good which we could not see a very small part of Fuji mountain . Food is good. Very value for money.

1. Fantastic view of Mt Fuji from room balcony 2. Onsen is a plus, nice to experience it during winter 3. Location is a bit far away from Kawaguchiko Station, but hotel provide shutter service 4. Panaromic view of mount fuji”
The view from the bed for the mount fuji is totally awesome, enjoy the sunrise at the comfort of your bed is something you can look forward when you stay here. The onsen located at the ground floor of the hotel is clean and the body wash and shampoo are provided. Towels also. The only problem is the shuttle service from the hotel is not friendly, and only come at fix time which is very inconvenient. The location of the hotel also a bit far away from the downtown area and distance to the famous lake also. Breakfast wise is good, love the buffet styles.

Nice Hotel”
This was a nice hotel. I booked it because it had a direct view of Mount Fuji and there was no cloud then it all would have been worth it. Unfortunately for the nearly 24 hours I was there I did not see the mountain. I did, however, have a good view of where it should have been. This sort of put a dampener on paying extra for a view. The room are massive. Water pressure is great. WIFI is great. The bed/pillow is a little harder than normal. Staff could not have been more accomadating. They were very very helpful. The Onsen was awesome as well. Probably teh only downside is that it is a fair way from anythng else. It is 1.5km from the town centre. They do have transfers so make use of that. There is a supermarket about 100 metres away. After that there is not much around. I would recommend this hotel.

Local Japanese hotel with a fantastic view of Mt Fuji, onsite public onsen & a good buffet breakfast”
We stayed at Hotel Regina Kawaguchiko for 2 nights, and we had a wonderful experience. Foremost, the room we stayed in came with a fantastic, unblocked view of Mt Fuji and the surrounding forests. Waking up to Mt Fuji was an experience we will remember for a long time. The public onsen was also a big plus. The buffet breakfast was also good and we were able to experience both local and western options. The location of the hotel was also excellent, and there were numerous restaurants and cafes within a 15-minute walking radius. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who relishes a full and unblock view of Mt Fuji as part of the overall experience being in Kawaguchiko.

i stay one night here for purposely see the mount Fuji, but my bad luck cannot see the mount Fuji and that day was heavy snowing and extremely cold. the front desk customer service Chinese man is very good, he recommend quite many info to us. Thanks to the Chinese customer service man.

Good view, facilities and staff”
The hotel is located quite far from kawaguchiko station. However, there are shuttle services to and fro hotel. Services to the hotel must be made via telephone call, which I did not possess. Apart from that, it was great. Also, there is a spectacular view of mount fuji from the hotel room balcony. The public bath was enjoyable in cold autumn months. However, the hotel relies on centralised heating/cooling. As such, during November month, it is operating on centralised heating. Should you prefer cool air, you have to open the doors to the balcony.
