This hotel was just a short walking distance to all the main attractions, shopping, and food! The hotel staff was so attentive and always went out of their way to help us. Assisted us with a late checkout and late check in and helped us arrange transportation. The breakfast buffet in the morning was incredible, with so much selection and the coffee was divine. The rooms were large and spacious. Really nice little porch overlooking the pool and the river. The room had a large tub and the shower was also a great size. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Hoi An. I will be staying here again during my next business trip.

Satisfied staying in Hoi an”
It was a bit expensive compared to other hotels in Hoi an, but it was worth it. The room, cleaning, and breakfast were all satisfactory. Especially, Cafe sua-da(hot), which I ordered for room service, was the best Cafe sua-da coffee I drank during my two-week trip.

Excellent hotel, good location and excellent staff”
Stayed at M-Gallery Hoi An for 4 days, very nice hotel at a good location. Very near ancient town of Hoi An and night market. Room was large and clean, facilities were good, room service was good. This hotel provides room service twice a day. Staff is excellent and very helpful, we had not planned for sight seeing trips but because of very helpful staff we managed to plan 2 very good trips. Enjoyed the stay at M-Gallery Hoi An, absolutely recommended hotel!

Liked so much we came back ”
We thoroughly enjoy this hotel, beds are super comfy and rooms are spacious shower pressure is strong and the rooms are styled lovely with balconies overlooking the river. Good location close 5minute walk to everything yet peaceful and quiet side of the river. Breakfast is really good. The staffs English this time round wasn’t as good as our first visit which is our junky feedback. Rooftop pool and two for one cocktails is a must as the view is as amazing and the drinks are good quality. Definitely be back for a third next year.

Good location to the town and top service”
Have stayed at this hotel two times, and would come again. Love that we can walke to town and back without taxi in the evening. Its a caos getting home in the evening if you stay outside of town.

Nice hotel but nothing special”
The hotel was nice but considering the price compared to other equivalent hotels in Hoi An, I would probably look at staying somewhere else next time. I was disappointed to be treated slightly worse than the other checking -in guests because I had booked through Agoda, they made a point of mentioning that we wouldn't get our loyalty points, even though we booked one of the most expensive suites in the hotel. The executive club was excellent and the staff there were amazing.

Check deluxe room carefully ”
I booked deluxe room and the hotel gave me room without view (window with wall outside and noise).I tried to changed another one but the staff kept refusing me until I asked help from Agoda. Finally they changed me a nicer room with river view. So request the room with view when you book here
