The frontline staff, Nagata san was exceptionally helpful, patient and informative . He was of tremendous help when he offered to assist us by call Hanaeda airport to report the loss of the new I phone 11 Pro which I bought at Changi Airport T2 before my flight to Tokyo. He subsequently directed us to the nearest police station to make a report. Throughout the process. He conducted himself professionally and was single mindedly determined to help us resolve our issues. The other staff were also helpful and were attentive and very responsive to our requests. Additionally, the location is excellent as we could access it the best places in Naha within walking distances. We strongly recommend Hotel Royal Orion at Naha to fellow Travellers.

More than expected. I stayed twice in the past, on the former management. New management is moe than fine. No wonder a lot of people gathered there, but they were rather polite adults.

Comfortable room with 3 double beds”
Clean hotel. I love how the floor is wooden & not carpeted. Really, more hotels should do this as hotel carpets can get pretty filthy. Beds were comfortable & the location is good as it’s right at the end of 1 end of the shopping street. AEON supermarket is within a short walking distance & restaurants aplenty. The monorail station to airport & other places is just 5 min walk away. Worth a stay!

Great location, Big room”
The location is great in the walking distance to Kokusei St. The room is big comparing to the same price with other hotels. The staffs can communicate in English very little but they have the interpretator online but it still take time to understand each other. Bed is comfort and good amenities in room.

Disappointed considering we were looking forward to stay here!”
Because of peak season, the sum we paid for didnt feel justified. The check-in service counter we encountered was grumpy and insist to give us a room which was not what we paid for - a double room on 9th floor (Agoda- why tier the rooms by different prices only to have the staff not acknowledge it?). we had to come down again to insist and only another attending staff was apologetic and changed our rooms for us according to booking. it was evening and we were tired and stressed with such an experience at check in. Having stayed in Japan often this is quite unusual. Staff in general are nice but feels cold and tired, nothing more beyond their duty. At all times we went out/returned, it was hard to find anyone at lobby or desk tour, to even ask information. Based on great location, brand and bright big rooms (looks tired though), the hotel could do so much more. If you are willing to pay the 4star price just here to stay the night like any other small 2/3 star chain, it is ok.

Convenient location. Breakfast with plenty of choices”
Convenient location - 15-20 minutes to/from the airport by taxi. 2 minutes walk to Makishi station. It was also one of the stops for the 1-day local bus tour to the Aquarium. Very convenient for travellers not driving. Shopping - 5 minutes walk to the heart of the Kokusaidoi main street and to the Aeon MaxValue supermarket. Room facilities - kettle & hair dryer are available. However, no hook inside the bath room for any clothing. Unfortunately, the interconnecting rooms were not available; yet it was still shown in the Agoda website during our booking.

Great central location & customer service”
Location: great central location in Naha city; very close to monorail station, shops and restaurants on Kokusai street. Customer service: staff were always friendly, helpful and professional. Buffet breakfast: a good selection of dishes available and it was good that there some dishes changed each day. Plus we enjoyed the New Year's days dishes especially the sata andagii. Room: our hotel room was clean, comfortable and just enough room for the two of us.

power was out for 1 night for scheduled maintenance (complete darkness, nothing worked), hotel did not notify guests in advance (was told upon checking-in, could have notified guests by mail...would have steered away...)

a enjoyable 5 day stay. Its located at one end of the busy shopping Kokusai street, hence no problem in finding a good restaurant to eat and shopping is a breeze. There is a MRT monorail station 2 min walk away, so going to the major tourist site is easy .

非の打ち所がない”
二度目の宿泊。 素敵だなぁと思ったポイントを何点か挙げる。 ・牧志駅から近いので便利。 ・フロントのスタッフの対応が良い。気分良く手続きが出来る。身だしなみの清潔感。品の良さもありつつ、親しみやすい雰囲気。 ・床の掃除をしていたスタッフに鍵について質問をしたら、丁寧に教えてくれた。しょうもない質問を笑わずに聞いてくれてありがとう。 ・オリオンのお酒の自販機があり、この時は75BEERも品揃えがあった。ちょっと飲みたいときにコンビニへ行かずに済むのは良い。 ・各階のエレベーターの前には消毒液(パストリーゼ)が置かれている。ありがたく使わせて貰った。 ・浴槽が大きくて贅沢な気分になれる。シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープがスティーブンノルというメーカーで、非常に良い。 また利用します。お世話になりました。

今回、お値段がかなりリーズナブルで不安でしたが、お部屋も清潔感があり綺麗で、スタッフの方の対応も素晴らしかったです。駐車場のスタッフの方の対応もとてもよかったので、気持ちよく過ごせました。ぜひまた利用したいです。

コスパ最高”
毎年、沖縄旅行に行っています。国際通り付近に宿泊したい場合は、こちらに宿泊するようにしています。今年は、地下駐車場に余裕がないようでしたが、『赤ちゃん連れは地下がいいよ』と満車表示のコーンを開けて停めさせてもらえました。駐車場のおじさんに感謝！金額が安いけど、部屋は十分な清潔さと設備です。金額から朝食は質素かなーと予想していましたが、十分な種類と量です！韓国、中国の方が多くて、少し不快な思いをすることがあるかもですが。夕食も、周りに美味しいお店があるので満足です。スーパーやドラッグストアも近いので、便利。強いていうと、小さな子連れにとってはユニットバスが入りにくいです。シャワーカーテンを利用して、洗い場がない状況になるので。でも、コスパがいいので、そのくらいは平気です。また、宿泊します。
