Typical Sogo but Clean and Good Service”

They have different pillows here. Not the standard square uncomfortable foam pillows they are known for. They had a long pillow ang 2 regular pillows. Food was great and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Only hiccup was that I ordered food at 1 am and it arrived at 2:15 am. Not fun if you are hungry and ready to sleep.

Great first time experience”

When we arrive, a lot of people are waiting for rooms. I heard the staff saying they need to wait for at least an hour. Thanks to Agoda our room is just waiting for us. Staffs are just doing their jobs. No extra mile. Not friendly. Just staffs. Food's pricey for the serving but tastes good. Budget order will be for soups as they have large bowls (though with few meat) but lots of tasty soup. They said if it's not yet delivered in 10mins it's for free but we still paid for it. Rice at dinner smells like reheated and will spoil if not consumed in the next hour. Breakfast are freshly cooked. Pricey drinks. There's 7eleven nearby that's cheaper. I loved the design of our bedroom from the bed, lights, dresser, dining area, tv, toilet, closet, safe, etc. I love how you can play music from your phone at max volume. Super quiet. No one will bother you unless you order food. You won't hear other people from other rooms. Though we can hear the loud thunderstorms but that resulted in more cuddles. Overall, we had a great 2-night stay.
