Exactly what I needed as a home base to explore Shibuya. Very conveniently located, the room was quiet, and the air conditioning worked well. The room was very small and did not have a microwave in-room, but it’s perfect if all you need is a comfortable place to sleep!

One stop to everything happening in downtown. Transportation is easy to access and hotel is close to many restaurants and shopping areas. Hotel hospitality is good and room is good and cozy. Strongly recommend.

Comfortable and friendly staffs”
There are many amenities to choose, the staffs are friendly and they speak English. The bed was comfortable and there’s a bath tub which we could relax. It was a good stay!

Not a bad option for a few days in Tokyo”
Got a room during pandemic times, and this place has an excellent location in the heart of Shibuya. It's tucked in off from Tokyu Hands and near to Shibuya station and the rooms are decent, very clean. Only downside, like all business hotels in Tokyo was the rather small size. Still, not a bad option all in all. If only the streets of Shibuya were as clean as this place...

location is great and beside parco shopping center. ichiran is nearby. however there is a strange smell in the room ( level 7). receptionist was kind and allowed us a room change, however smell is still there but its less pungent- its on the same floor btw the smell is like somebody’s bad body odour

Clean room. Very small. They only clean your room every 3 days unless you request other wise. We requested a room clean and they seemed annoyed by this request. Not many facilities.

It was so nice during the two days. It became the reason why I want to travel to Shibuya again. All the staff were kind and the amenity service was very good. The room was small and the bathroom smelled a little bit, but even considering that, I will visit the hotel again!

If u are most likely to travel during daytime and only to sleep at the hotel, this is the best one. The location’s perfect, and the staffs are friendly. But the room is very small and it isn’t very clean.

Best rocation for Tokyo traveller”
I stayed in this hotel several month ago. It was one of the best choices I've stayed ever. I especially liked the rocation because the hotel is nearby shibuya main Street - Parco, Cat Street, Harajuku etc. If you go shopping there and get a lot of shopping bags, you can drop by the hotel anytime and then go for dinner without heavy bags. If you leave your passport in hotel when you go shopping, you do not worry about that. Just give you in 10 minutes.

Overall average hotel, situated in a convenient location, however with a few too many cons that left a bad taste. Pros: - Good location, near major department stores, restaurants, 5 minute walk to Shibuya crossing - Amenities, provides a self service counter for additional shampoo, toothbrush, slippers etc Cons: - Room cleans are only every 3 days, although fresh towels provided daily - Poorly cleaned shared public areas, we stayed here for 5 days and in that time the elevator mirror had the same visible stains and water marks the whole time - Poorly trained staff* *The staff were overall nice and attentive, however provided us an incorrect schedule of the Airport shuttle bus, resulting in us having to pay for several taxis, over $140 AUD, to make our flight.
