Room was a bit small, as most budget hotels in Tokyo are, but modern and very clean. Staff was very nice, helpful, and the ones I dealt with spoke English well.

Pros 1. Very close to Akabane station ,just 3 mins away from the station 2. It’s basically a new hotel , came here twice, not bad 3. Clean 👍🏻 2. Cons 1. No heater, pretty cold in the room 2. Poor WiFi like very poor 3. No spoon provided

Good modern hotel ”
Good enough accommodation for my business trip. Staff are exceptionally helpful. The eco-friendly room cleaning schemes are commendable. Has very helpful facilities at the lobby floor -- laundry and microwave. What I least liked was how extremely small the room was. There was very little space to place my luggage, and very little space to move around. For a solo room going on a long stay, I expected to have had more space for more comfort.

まったく問題ありませんでした。ありがとうございました。 ホテル併設のレストランでの食事のお値段は、ひとによっては少し高いかなと感じるかもしれませんが、駅前なので、朝食はドトールなりなんなり、夕食も居酒屋さんほか、たくさんありますので、問題なしです。

Open初日の宿泊でしたので、きれいで気持ち良く利用させていただきました。 スモールダブルの部屋を一人で利用するのがお勧めです。部屋も適度な広さで圧迫感もなく、なによりベットがゆったりとしているので、コスパは非常に良いですね。

チェックイン時にカウンターが少し混んでいましたが、アテンダントの方が気を利かせて別途対応してくれてスムーズにチェックインできました。 線路沿いの部屋で騒音がどうか気にしていましたが、防音窓？のようで気にならない程度の音しかしませんでした。上の階だったので、東北新幹線が窓からよく見えました。 線路の高架下をくぐれば居酒屋さんもいっぱいあるのでさいたまスーパーアリーナでライブを見た後の遅い時間に食事に行くにも便利でした。 またスーパーアリーナへ行くときは利用したいです。
