Affordable rate for Family Suite”
PROS: 1. Great location with "Legend Coffee House", " Circle-K mart" and "Family Mart" within walking distance. 2. Good room size with 2 Queen beds. CONS: 1. The base of the wardrobe is super dusty which hints no maintenance and cleaning at all. 2. The room furniture are really old and cushion seat covers are much stained. 3. The 2nd TV near the main door is totally faulty and not usable. Overall, the room is bit rundown, but compensated by the room rate.

BEST P2P IN THE AREA”
I booked for the price (14$ at the time) but be surprise with the facilities. It was quite a small room but the bath room is quite big. It fits a bathtube. Fairly to say, if combine bathroom and sleeping room, it is quite an above average spacious room. Everything is decent and well arranged. If you find a sale offer, you'd better take it. It worth your money.

All facilities and funiture are quite old, not in good conditions. Room services is bad, cleaning and replacing sheet bed or towel were so slowly. You should prepare your own personal hygiene-kit. But the location is good, easy to get here and near by convenient store, other big streets.

The staff was great and helpful. Its location is good. This hotel needs renovation because it is pretty old. i was not comfortable in my room because of the old smell and mosquitos.

Long waiting for rooms, rooms were not clean. No fresh towels. We had to change sheet and pillowcase in our own. Receptionist said, that becouse of new year.

Great location budget hotel surrounded by spa and restaurant”
This hotel does not have an in-house spa but only massuer to go to room to massage after 7pm. However, it is surrounded by other big spa businesses and restaurants of various choices, including convenient stores. The cleanliness and cigarette smell have a lot to be improved. Otherwise, it is situated at a great location within 15 minutes walk to Ben Thanh market.

Abit run down and dirty. Staff English is not good at all, so there was lots of miscommunication when I was trying to pay because no attempted to take any sort of payment off me for the room I went to reception to pay and they were like forcing me to check out. Other than that everything was fun. Good location.

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE”
First, I suggest reception staff MUST be English proficient as the hotel caters for international guests. Second, our rooms that we booked weren’t available on the day we arrived. We’re moved to SENSES hotel and opted to go back to Icon 36 on our second night cause SENSES hotel isn’t safe in case of FIRE. No fire exit, except the main door. And it was defective! Aircon units in both hotels were old and not cooling enough. We were given an oscillating fan to get satisfied. Still, I was disappointed of everything in this hotel. Bed wasn’t comfy, too! Breakfast was ok, despite of few selections. Kitchen staff & servers were friendly, nice, and attentive to guests’ needs. Wished they know how to speak English.
