This was my first time staying here and I will definitely be coming back to stay again. The staff where extremely welcoming,polite and made me feel very comfortable from the start. The place is wonderful decorated and everything feels very opulent and new. The room was extremely clean and everything was properly in place for my arrival. Very spacious room and the kids them love it to me it the most important things where my beautiful kids feels relaxed and I will definitely recommend staying here no doubts💯

Good location”
We would normally stay somewhere in Bayswater everytime when we visited London. Although this apartment was not the closest to the stations compared to the others we had stayed before in the past, this had been the cleanest and newest (in terms of facilities and revonation work done). A bit smallish but quite comfortable for 3 people. But it smelled strong cigarette smoke when we checked in, we didn't bother complaining as we were tired from travelling, bought and sprayed air freshener and opened the windows which resolved the problem. The mgt should have ensured to properly clean all rooms before the next guests check in. Bathroom door could not be closed properly too. Hope they will repair it. We had to rely on one aircond/heater for whole apartment... so the bedroom was cold. Overall ok, for the price and location. Stayed for 7 nights.

Practical space for short stay”
The property is conveniently located (near bus and tube stations; restaurants and shops on parallel street) however with tight rooms and staircases. Appreciated having been given a room with garden access however with loose door and window locks (with room for lock upgrade to ensure security). The room itself is adequate and functional (i.e., with amenities such as microwave, dining table, china and cutlery). Security is observed to be not as tight as other properties we have stayed in.

Upon booking I thought it's pretty worth my money, then the only two worthiness are its location and the large room. Our room is on the 4th floor, which means we had the lift up to 3rd floor, and had to carry our bags up the tiny, steep stairs. The size of the room is quite large, there's a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator. On first night everything is fine, but on the second night the electricity was cut out due to the keycard

I booked here for 4night. I slept here 6 hours, checked out and went elsewhere. Rooms are in poor condition, not very clean, and cold. I know it is cheap accommodation but it doesn’t feel secure or clean. They take a £200 security deposit so I’m not sure why the rooms are so damaged, they clearly don’t use the money to fix any damage caused by previous guests.

Sewage came out of shower and was disgusting. The reception desk did not change my room. They do not provide shampoo at all. They say we don't provide, though this is "serviced" apartment/hotel. You can't sleep at nights because when someone walks on the nearby stairs or on top of you, you easily wake up. When I arrived in the property, I had to walk for like 200 meters to pick up the keys and if you are alone with luggages and it's raining, you face so much difficulties.

DREADFUL! Bad image of London”
It’s so distressing and exasperating to be made to go through this ordeal and poor unhygienic living experience. Dirty linen, dirty towels, water damaged laminate flooring, no shower gel, no hand wash, toilet seat cover doesn’t fit, the iron is old and stained, the ironing board is ripped, the kettle lid doesn’t close - you have to hold it down to boil water for coffee - when I asked I was told I should’ve mentioned these things earlier after check in.! But I checked in at 10:30pm after a 10-hour train journey! The list of dreadful issues are endless. This punishment cost me £357. Plus I was told to pay a £200 deposit in case I damage anything or smoke in the room. It was so bad I had to buy my own set of bed linen. Finally, the accommodation is absolutely nothing like advertised, nothing. Please do not book.

Short stay in London”
This a great budget hotel located near Queensway/ Bayswater, which means you have 2 great tube lines to choose from. Plenty of buses around to get you to the city if you don't want to take the tube. Hyde park is just 5-10 minutes walk away. Loads of eateries around. I usually live in this area when I visit London, and so far I feel this hotel is very good for the price. It's quiet which is good because I live in other hotel in this area and I always find it difficult to sleep due to their paper thin wall. As it is an apartment hotel, it provide tableware, cutlery, toaster, fridge, microwave oven, iron, ironing board and a kettle. It has "rain shower" which is pretty impressive. Toilet is modern and clean. The only thing that irks me is that there is no sign for reception or the name of the hotel which makes me feel that they are running an airbnb instead of a well reputable hotel. I don't have any regrets but I do hope that they will put up a sign that say Imperial Court Suites.

The apartment is location just behind 2 subway station which is very convenient. Walkable to hyde park. Location is good. Only downside is that the room and bed is small.

This was a great location (close to a couple tube stops) plus a major street is one block over with cafes and shops. The suites are a good size for the price (and for European standards!!).

our room is near bayswater & queensway underground..easy to travel around..prefer to use queensway underground as it is much more clearer & easier to travel around..there are 2 tesco outlet near our place..but please take note on the closing time..everything else was perfect

My friend just brought my luggage to the hotel and they would not sleep with me. We explained to the staff. But the staff talked to them in an unfriendly manner because they were Arabs.....

Nice apartment near tube station, shopping , restaurants and supermarkets”
Bayswater station was closed during the holidays so we had to use the Queensway station to trasport us to the apartment from Heathrow. This meant 2 changes and meant a lot of walking and stairs with heavy luggage. However, the location was perfect for shopping at Oxford Street. The apartment had all the conveniences we needed with start-up soap in the bathroom (which was tiny) and dishwashing detergent in the kitchen. Coffee and tea sachets were also provided which we didn't expect. The elevator did not always function so we had to take stairs most of the time. The beds were comfortable and the apartment comfortably warm in December. The adjoining streets were lined with restaurants, shops, pharmacy, and supermarkets and the street were the apartment was located was wide and nice.

Reasonable ”
A reasonable apartment, with moderately equipped kitchen (only 2 of everything but no tin opener). The overall finish of the apartment isn't great though it is clean. You can have your apartment cleaned every 3 days on request. Bedroom was very small (door couldn't open fully because of the bed). No mattress protector was provided. It just all seemed a tad worn and in need of a refresh but the location is good with restaurants and shops close by.

Very basic. Bad maintnance. Marks on the walls from the doors, basic hand soap, no place to put the towels, not super clean. Bed was not comfortable, felt every spring. We had a leak from the venta in the toilet that made the toilet seat get wet. Eventhough we reported it in the morning, it wasn't fixed on that day, only the day after, and even then was not suficient. At the frontdesk the service was also very basic, yet polite. We felt like they were very ignorant to the leaking ceiling and we were disappointed. Nevertheless, location was good - 20 min from the center by bus / tube, 20 min walk from little venice and same for portabello market. There are stores, restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Very small room and bathroom. The air-conditioner drips water on the bed. If you're given a room on the highest floor (4th), the lift stops on the 3rd floor and you'll have to drag your luggage up 3 flights of narrow stairs. Totally inconvenient. Location wise is alright, near to 2 tube stations - Bayswater and Queensway. Not recommended.

Accommodation was basic and the apartment had just the minimal facilities and space. It was suitable for our requirements but wouldn't probably recommend as the ideal place. The location is great however.
