Very well worth your time & monies”
Oh yeas...located right next to everything you need for every day life. Two big supermarket nearby including WALMART under the name Seiyu. A small city next to busy central Tokyo with a real Japanese life styles. Hair cut for less than 10 USD. Fresh made sushi / sashimi for a litle as 4 USD ??? Many small authentic restaurants nearby for you to experience the real Japanese foods & cultures. The only less then positive fact that this small city do not have currency exchange services.

Exceptional”
We enjoyed our stayed in this hotel. Location is awesome. You cannot be hungry because there’s restaurant around, 24 hours Mcdo and 2 family mart store. The best part is the location. Very accessible to train, bus and taxi. If you’re using Tobu line train , just off to Narimasu Station and few steps, it’s the hotel. If you’re using subway or Tokyo Metro, just off to Chikatetsu-Narimasu station, exit to 5, turn right, straight then turn right to the first street then left, that’s it! Room is spacious and even have a bath tub which I enjoyed to have a hot bath after a long walk exploring Tokyo the whole day. I will definitely book on this hotel again and most probably will be my Hotel whenever I visit Tokyo. Thank you Hilltop Hotel and Agoda. It’s indeed a worthy trip. PS: Please purchase a 72 hours unlimited subway ticket that only cost JPY 1.5K and you can use it anywhere as long as you’re riding in a Merro Tokyo train or the subway trains.. You can save a lot in your pocket.

Hotel that's only for men ”
There is no private shower rooms. A public bath area is provided for all guests of hotel and outsider. The train and subway stations are nearby, it's convenient even though the hotel is out of Tokyo city centre.

Good onsen, but don't mix it up with Hilltop Hotel!”
This hotel is in the far northwest of Tokyo, near the end of the Y and F metro lines. There is another hotel, the Hilltop Hotel that is much more centrally located--these unrelated places are about a 40 minute metro ride plus transfer away from each other. That being said, Hotel Hilltop is more of a public bath than a capsule hotel. The location is far, but conveniently located right between a JR station and a Tokyo Metro station, so you have plenty of transit options. Being a Japanese public bath, you have access to a sauna, and hot and cold tubs, as well as a gym-style locker, and your capsule, which is on the ground floor. Fresh towels and pajamas are available whenever you want and the bath is open 24 hours. There are two lounges, one with recliners and a TV and the other is a small dining area. The crowd is mostly older Japanese men, so as a foreign traveler, it's not the best place to make travel buddies, but it does provide for an interesting experience! The neighborhood is very residential feeling, but this being Tokyo, it still has some amenities. There are a few restaurants nearby as well as plenty of grocery stores. And within a kilometer to the south is a very nice park for running or just going for a walk.

Budget comfort room”
The location is a bit far to the Tokyo center but be able to reach with metro (better avoid peak time in rush hours : 8.30 - 10.30 since you have to change the line at Ikebukuro station). Anyway, it is indeed an oasis for travelers to stay after a long day journey with affordable price. There is a small local Izakaya shop near the hotel, the owner was really friendly eventhough no one in the shop can speak English. Must try!!! The room provided all amenities (even bed gowns and cloth refresher). There were also small kitchenette and microwave to cook simple meals. The internet connection in the room was nice. The room space was narrow, if have many luggages would have a problem (cannot open all the luggages in the same time). The toilet and shower room are separated. The shower room is more spacious than we have expected. Overall, we had pleasant time staying here and would love to stay here again in our next visit.

I love this hotel and the hotel staffs.”
The staffs there are really friendly, nice and helpful. The room is very clean, comfortable and quiet. I love staying in this hotel. However, the position of the hotel is quite far away from other famous places in Tokyo that tourists often visit. It would be a bit inconvenient to me as a tourist.

On a Budget”
Great place to stay if your in a budget, location wise its close to 2 station - Narimasu and Chokatetsu-Narimasu. There's a lot of food choices and small shops around the area; very relax neighborhood. Rooms are simple but very clean and efficient; nice comfy bed and linen, also there's a kitchenette for cooking. Seems like a small apartment type rather than the hotel which is nice. Another freebies here is you have a free access to the sauna/jacuzzi in the other building. No lobby or front desk, just go to the 4th floor for check-in they will assist you to the other building where the rooms are located. Check-in time is 2 pm.

Satisfied!”
It’s quite far from the center but the hotel location is very close with 2 stations (Narimasu St. and Chikatetsu Narimasu St. exit 5). The hotel room isn’t too narrowed as well for 3 persons. So far I and my friends had a nice stay, thank you for your hospitality!

Worth for the money and walking distance to train station”
The staffs over there is friendly and helpful, the locker is very tall, it's enough to the keep my stick which I bought for climbing Mt. Fuji. but couldn't fit in my big backpack. By the way, the staff helped me to keep my backpack in their store. The hotel provide the fridge for customer to keep their foods which can be bought outside. It also feels free to use their microwave and hot water. The neighborhood is quiet. For budget trip is worth to stay there.

Good value”
I needed a room for one night, and was willing to forego luxury to save some money. I found the accommodates were a little dated, but clean and comfortable. The room I had was tiny, and there was no elevator to room, so I had to navigate a couple of flights of stairs (a problem for those with mobility issues). The sento was nice, and worth a "dip". Staff were friendly and helpful finding me recommendations for places to eat/shop for things I decided not to "pack". It's very convenient to the train station, about one block and easy to find. It was a short ride on a local line for the metro transfers. There are lots of eateries nearby, and shops, so you will have choices for dining out. From my room, I could hear the local trains, but it was muted, and not disturbing (I associate train noises with happy memories, so it helped me sleep - but it wasn't very loud at all; overall, quiet. I'd stay there again as an option for saving for money that didn't feel "icky".
