Not worth the price”
Facilities are old and dirty, My friend’s room even got a cockroach. My package included dinner and breakfast, both were disappointing too, it just not worth the price. Onsen are just ok, nothing special. Service are just ok, staffs seems don’t have enough training nor experience to deal with the amount of guest after Covid restrictions was canceled. I have stayed in other hotels in Atami before, and I would say there are much better choices than here. My friend and I can’t wait to check out as soon as we grab our breakfast.

The room is nice with all the facilities including toilet and shower (separated individually). Overall is good, but the location is a bit hard to find and you might be confused with another Kamenoi Hotel and it can only be reached by car.

The hotel is high up in the mountain, the overview of Atami is stunning. The dinner and breakfast is nice. The only problems are the aged public bath area. Overall, it’s a comfortable stay and it’s value for money.

予約した時は、バスとトイレが一緒のお部屋でしたが、チェックインしたらなんとバストイレが別のお部屋でした。とても嬉しかったです。お部屋から見える景色が本当に綺麗で癒されました。お部屋も施設内もとても清潔で過ごしやすく、ご飯も本当に美味しかったです。最高の思い出をありがとうございました。

子連れでも安心”
2歳児を連れての旅行でしたが、他のお客さんも小さいお子さん連れの方が多くおられ気兼ねなく過ごすことができました。 食事はビュッフェ形式でしたが、子供用の食器類があり助かりました。フォークがもう少し小さいものがあるとよりよかったです。 無料の夜食ラーメンはうれしいサービスでした。 部屋はそこそこの広さで過ごしやすく、風呂からは熱海の街並みと海が良く見えました。大浴場はそれなりにくつろぐとこができましたが、露天風呂からは、手前の雑木林の木のせいで海が良く見えませんでしたので、そこが残念です。 一方で、正面のライフケアマンションは良く見えました。 難点は、公共交通機関を利用する場合、熱海駅からホテルに行くバスが１時間に１本しかなく、時間通りに来ないので不便を感じました。 宿のマイクロバス送迎の頻度も増やして頂けると有難いです。 来宮駅からタクシーの方が便利かもしれません。 また機会があれば利用したいです。

皆さんとても笑顔で丁寧な接客でとても良かったです。帰りに得屋の前でお会いした、多分お掃除をしてくださる方は、ほんとに丁寧親切笑顔礼儀の良さ。全てが素晴らしかったです。男性の方でした。お名前がわからないので書けなくて残念ですが、気持ちよく帰ることができて、接客の仕方で又来ようと思う気持ちにさせてもらえます。1日目の夜の売店の方は、レジの外で男性客の対応をしていましたが、レジで何十分も待たせた上、目があってもなんの一言もなく、しかも、スタッフ二人で対応していたので、一人はレジに戻れば良いのではないかと、思いました。でも、その方以外は皆さんとても親切でした。

おすすめできるホテル”
スタッフ、ロケーション、清潔さ、朝食、泉質、コスパ、などにはとても満足しました。 いくつか「こうだったら良いのにな」と思ったのが、 ・熱海駅からの無料送迎バスの時間が17:45発1本なのが遅すぎるし少なすぎるので15時発や16時発の便も設けて欲しい。 ・部屋にコーヒーも用意して欲しい。 ・露天風呂では天井の格子を外して星を見られるようにして欲しい。 ・カフェのような場所もあったら嬉しい。 色々わがままな希望を書いてしまいましたが、全体的に素敵なホテルで次もまた利用したいです。 スタッフの方々も親切丁寧に接して下さって嬉しかったです。 楽しいひと時をありがとうございました。
