It was so nice & very clean.. very helpful staff.. the only problem is the noses, not isolated, you can hear everything from outside.

A clean place with relatively good communication. It was just out of the main city which was perfect for us and a short walk to many places. My only criticism would be I contacted the apartment via email twice before arriving to request an early check in (we had been traveling nearly 2 days). No one got back to me and when we arrived at 10am weren’t able to check in until the afternoon. Hasty contact would have been appreciated. Other than that we did enjoy this place, services and location.

First of all, Thanks to Danny and a staff help me out to get a grab to get to the airport at a Saturday night in HCMC ! Without his help, I couldn’t get a cab at the rush hour and make it on time for my flights. Thank you so much for your kindness ! The room looked exactly as described on the page, very clean and amenities are simple but thoughtfully arranged for travelers. Really enjoyed my time here. Highly recommended!

Tôi booking 2 ngày thành 2 lần vì lý do cá nhân, nhân viên nhắc nhở khách đến 3 lần là phải chuyển phòng và check in phòng mới hoặc upgrade hạng phòng. Điều này hợp lí tuy nhiên tôi đã confirm ok chuyển phòng ngay từ khi check in mà các bạn vẫn liên tục gọi điện từ sáng sớm thứ 7 khi mà tôi đang nghỉ ngơi. Sau đó tiếp tục kết bạn zalo nhắc nhở rất phiền hà. Yêu cầu ks làm việc chuyên nghiệp hơn. Khách đã trả tiền và chưa vi phạm bất cứ điều gì để phải nhắc nhở nhiều lần như vậy. Trải nghiệm cực kì tệ!

Đợt có book phòng với bạn ở Kunkin, mình bị sốt cao và có sử dụng khăn mặt để chườm mát hạ sốt, ngoài ra còn sử dụng khăn tắm lớn và khăn lót sàn, các khăn khi sử dụng còn mới. Hôm sau trả phòng thì tạp vụ kiểm tra phòng khá lâu, mặc dù diện tích phòng chỉ 20 - 25m2. Sau đó tạp vụ gọi 1 bạn trong quầy lễ tân vào phòng một lúc cũng khá lâu, bạn đó lại gọi một bạn khác vào phòng (có lẽ là quản lý ca) và đưa ra 1 chiếc khăn cũ, dơ và bị rách, yêu cầu bồi thường 147K. Mặc dù tối hôm trước mình sốt mê man và bạn mình chăm sóc mình, trong phòng cũng không có vật nhọn hoặc đồ vật có thể làm rách và tưa chỉ chiếc khăn. Lỗi của mình là không chụp lại tất cả vật dụng trước khi check out và để xảy ra sự việc trên. Số tiền 147K không phải lớn nhưng đủ để tạm biệt một chỗ nghỉ khá OK đối với mình.

Phòng nhỏ hơn trên hình. Tất cả hình mô tả đều có cửa sổ bự nhiều ánh sáng tự nhiên. Nhưng thực tế chỉ có vài phòng có và phòng mình nhận không có cửa sổ nên nhỏ và tối, khá thất vọng. Phòng cách âm kém. Buổi tối xem tivi phải mở nhỏ không sẽ bị nhân viên complaint
