Best for Boards!”
This was a booking for my niece who recently took the Board Exams. What a great choice for her, especially in terms of location. The hotel was just a 10-minute leisurely walk from the exam location. One thing I would immediately commend about La Casarita is its staff. They were attentive, helpful and courteous everytime. As for the accommodations, the Apartment I got for my niece was just the right size, and came appointed with free fast wifi, a fridge, toiletries, a hygiene pack, a working AC, ceiling fan, good water supply and an electric water heater for the shower. There was a desk for her to study on as well. We would like to thank the staff for accommodating our request to have a room with lots of natural light. Room 529 fit the bill and seemed to be in a quieter area as well. You can order and buy food at the cafe in the lobby called Stir-Up Cafe & Diner. Alternatively, food delivery services can also be availed although be prepared for some snags along the way, considering the hotel is inside the Malacañang Compound where ID is required to get in through different gates. Be sure to make specific directions in your order. Another nice thing about the hotel is it's also a manageable walk to the National Shrine of St. Jude Thaddeus, for board-takers who might need some spiritual guidance before and after taking the exams :)

La Casarita I should say, is one of thr best place to stay un Metro Manila. Area is secured as the guards were so keen of screening first the guests coming in. The hotel is so clean. For sure will be staying again in the future.

nice & friendly staff. a nice accommodation to book if you're taking your board exam around the area (SBU, LCC etc). Location is inside the Malacanang complex and the gates close earlier than usual because of covid restrictions but if you don't mind walking around, you'll be fine. Rooms have free wifi and fridge. Microwave and Kettle was provided upon request and extra payment (100 pesos each for the rest of your stay). They have clean towels and linens too. It was a good 4 nights stay. Highly recommended.

What I like the most is, it’s very convinient sa lahat ng mga places sa Manila. And una ko tinitingnan talaga is ang CR. Wala akong masabi. Malinis at Hindi nakakadiri. All staffs are very linient and approachable. A big thumbs up to La Casarita!

Worth my money”
Choose the "Studio" type room instead of the "Standard". The Studio type consists of a kitchen with microwave, kettle, sink (with plates and stainless utensils) and refrigerator. Our 1 day-stay amounts to less than 1500 only which is very affordable.

La Casarita is located in a very secured area considering that it is within the Malacanang compound...One can take a walk safely even at night. The place has parking slots, it is clean and quiet... Very conducive place to study and review for exams...

The Studio Room is perfect for long stays. It has a microwave, electric kettle, and fridge with freezer. Basic microwavable kitchenware were also provided (2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 mugs, 2 bread knives, 2 spoons, and 2 forks). The Wi-Fi is good. Food delivery is allowed. Only 1 elevator was functioning during our stay. There's a cafeteria in front of the lobby.

This place exceeded my expectation. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. The room has its own mini kitchen, large comfort room, large cabinets, and has a refrigerator. The only downside but isn't really important is that it doesn't have a television. The cafe on the lobby has an excellent food but with an affordable price. Will book again on this hotel for my next visit.

Great location, close to where I did my board exam, so it was very convenient. Unfortunately there was no TV in the room and couldn't connect to the wifi, but overall my stay was good.

Very near San Beda where I go to school. Still relatively near and cheaper compared to other hotels. I only stay here for exams lately but it's a good place for staycation tbh. It's quiet and far from the main road. Only problem is the gate closes even before 7pm so you'd have to find some other way to get into Malacanang compound. No complaints regarding my actual stay, I was able yo review well for my exams, and the staff are accomodating. I think they know me already at this point since I've stayed here thrice and they are also hospitable towards my guests as well. Will come back!

I recommend this hotel sa mga guest who want a quiet and peaceful stay. Staffs are approachable and friendly especially the security guards. Bathroom is clean. Bed is comfy. 100% safe. room is spacious. But the iron and kettle is not free, they are asking for payment charge.
