Value for Money and Perfect for Backpackers ”
We were able to book a room for two here thru a flash deal so it's kind'a jackpot for us and really has a value for money. Located in Station 1, i supposed lakbayan hotel is the cheapest hotel in the area. We actually stayed there for five days! :) Pros: Station 1, just five minutes (or less) walk from the beach, quiet, clean room, helpful staff (we asked them if we they could give us a room on the second floor and they did without second thoughts)! And also, one of the guests there had lost his watch, and good thing the staff are honest and helpful and they returned it to him promptly.. cheap eatery nearby (we are back packers and we didn't find it hard to locate eatery that offered delicious but not-too-expensive meals in Boracay), overall it's a nice place and definitely we'll go back here. Cons: The wall of the rooms is made of "sawali" (woven split bamboo mats) so you can hear sounds from next-door. but it's not a big deal for us since surely the other guests were considerate enough and didn't make a noise as much. Room is quite small but you will be spending much of your time at the beach instead, so this is not a big deal either. :)

Cozy place with ample amenities”
The place was actually small but is good enough as you won't really be staying indoors that much. Should you need to stay indoors, you'll still find the place much relaxing as they have and airconditioner and a cable TV. The bed is well kept and is quite clean. The rest room is a bit small but they do have a functional hot and cold shower. Water pressure is quite good even if you're staying at the second floor. The wall's aren't solid and you'd expect to hear the cable tv or noise from the adjacent rooms. The map in agoda needs much twitching. The hotel is actually located behind the church. The

Small budget option off of Station ”
Great option for those on a shoestring budget as Boracay is expensive. This was one of the cheaper accomodations and it happens to be within walking distance from Cocomangas bar and nightlife. However, it is behind a Church as well as a barangay type basketball court so this place does feel pretty local. Rooms are TINY! And another thing is the lack of transparency between the small rooms... I could literally hear next room's TV and conversations. Would try another budget option elsewhere.

Value for money”
It's very cheap considering I stayed there during peak season. It's just a very basic accomodation where you can sleep. No toiletries, etc, good thing I always bring my own. But I can understand that for the prive I paid. Maybe if they will add at least a small table it'll be perfect. The only issue I have is the noise from outside, I hear everything since I'm staying in a fan room.

Solo Traveler in Lakbayan”
The room is so small, enough for a night stay or two. Airconditioning unit is ok, and the water heater function neatly. Except that I can here the snoring of the occupants on the next room.

The little isolated two story small hut hotel ”
Stayed here for four nights and it was as basic as basic gets. And one of the cheaper options but completed removed and away from the beach. This is a good backpacker option. It is actually pretty close to Cocomangas Bar, being behind the basketball court and a Church. So I did stumble back home quite a few times after the night was over at Cocomangas. The room was absolutely TINY. So small, in fact, it reminds me of a typical guesthouse in Hong Kong. It's a bit overpriced considering how small the rooms are and the fact that is absolutely no transparency between rooms, so I could hear the next door neighbor talking while I'm lying down in the room.

Nice place to stay for few nights. The hotel is closed to the beach, restaurant and bars. Staff is helpful. However, quite noisy area because of construction just beside.

It may be my worst stay in a hotel. The staff was trying to open my door at 4am so I got him first. He said, a guest is trying to access our room. Bottomline, wrong room number being opened.

Surely will not stay here again”
We arrive at 11am for our business trip and left our bags since check in time is 2pm. When we get back at 2pm and we still have to wait for 20mins because the room is not yet cleaned. Check out time is 12nn since we arrive 11am they should have heads up to prepare our room and dont let us wait for 20mins. We are tired from our travel.inside the room room 8 the room next to us room 7 is so bossy like he owned the room. We can not talk because he can hear us and he is shouting.. we ended up whispering talk with my friend and wanted for the sun to comes to find another place to stay. The wall is coconut leaf thats why every words you say your neighbor will hear you.. wasnt able to sleep well because we hear the loud voice of our neighbor, so inconsiderate.

worsttttt hotel everrr!!..”
worstttt!! the map is wrong, i get lost and the tricycle driver didnt know the hotel. many mosquitos and creepy insects inside the room. small space and very noisy . you will hear the noise coming from the other room and outside. no mirror inside the bathroom. no remote on tv. my last day is the worst, they cut the electricity for 3 to 4 hours, no generator..sooo hottt while packing my things. will neverrr eveerr come back in here..

Worst place i have ever been”
I prepaid for 6 nights and once i got there i saw the rooms i couldnt believe how terrible was the place. Holes in the walls so the room is full of mosquitos (the walls are about 5cm thick), rats in the room, people walking in, the worst and most terrible manager ever (he is a bigger guy you will know once you see him), no electricity because they dont have generators and very unfriendly staff. Not to mention you can hear everything from the next room as the walls are paper thin. Also very dangerous location and water does not flush. Since they already charged my credit card i couldnt do anything, so i wasted all the money for 6 nights 3 rooms and i went in beach front station 2 for the same price because it was unberable to stay there. Be careful for the manager (big guy), he is a dangerous person and very threatning

Awful place but friendly staff ”
The walls were so thin .. You could hear the couple making love in the room beside you when they bang each other. You could hear voices whispering. You could not sleep at night when you have neighbors in this room. I will not go back to this hotel anymore. If you punch the wall with a fork it will surely rip out. The faucet came loose and became unattached when washing.
