Best hotel in hoi an”
Me and my wife stayed here for our honeymoon. We have been traveling south from Han oi, staying in different hotels for a few nights as we go. The second we walked in everyone was so welcoming. It was like they already have meet you before and your friends. Then we got to our room and they had made us the swans out of towls for us, along with a little cake. They recommend the best places to eat see and anything you could ask for. They order us a taxi for the next morning and set up everything for us. It was unbelievable and helpfully the staff was. Side note it's right on the edge of old Town so you can walk everywhere. It's quite at night. The rooms are extremely clean. The spa was great the food was great When we come back this will be the only hotel we stay at in hoi an.

LaLuna is a great place to stay”
My wife and I stayed for 9 nights in a Super Deluxe room with a river view. The hotel is excellently placed by the Riverside just outside the old town core but only a few minutes walk from the Japanese Bridge and the Night Market on An Hoi Islet. LaLuna is a very nice hotel with fantastic staff who are friendly, helpful and go beyond to make sure you have a great stay. All the reception staff and restaurant staff were lovely especially the food and beverage manager whose name unfortunately we cannot recall but she knows who we mean I'm certain. Our room was very comfortable with quality fixtures and fittings, a comfy bed and a very nice bathroom with shower and separate bath. The room is a very nice traditional Vietnamese design with solid quality dark wood furniture including lots of storage space. We didn't use the pool but it looked very inviting.. we prefer the beach at An Bang which is a few minutes drive away by scooter which can be hired nearby. All in all the hotel is great value for money and we thoroughly recommend staying at the LaLuna Riverside Hotel.

We had a marvelous time at Laluna and Hoi An. The hotel is in an ideal location, walking distance to the Old City. We had great views of the river, and we also used their free bikes to explore the city. The breakfast was delicious, the staff friendly and helpful, and for those who are picky about the shower, great water pressure! We would definitely stay here again when we return to Hoi An.

I would recommend to stay at Laluna if you’re visiting Hoi An. It is very near the old town. Walking distance to all the happening area, restaurants and the beautiful river where the lanterns are at night. The staffs are very nice and we enjoyed a nice buffet breakfast. Overall we enjoyed our stay here very much.

Good location with complementary bicycle rental”
Other than breakfast which I find average, everything is great. Staff was friendly. Location is just 10mins away from the main action area. We cycled and explored the area for free.... basically everything was great. My family love the bubble tea and coffee shops just around the corner, and I got Sunam nail spa (which offer me a free pick up since we are quite near) for a foot massage cum pedicure at very reasonable prices. Lovely vacation spot.

Amazing Location, Fabulous Staff, Value for Money”
Group of 4 stayed in 2 rooms for 5 nights. Right from our arrival we were given the best attention. Welcome drinks and excellent information about the Hotel,Hoi An, Spa treatments, maps and tours very informative.One room had back street balcony and the other riverside balcony. Both nice ambiance. Although the balcony is not very wide, it fits 3 chairs and a table. Rooms were not as big as I excepted, but they were clean and welcoming. Room service is great and so are the prices. We did 2 tours booked through hotel. My Son and Ba Na Hills. Both I would recommend.. A special thank you to Phuc. You made us feel very welcome, went out of your way to help with our requests and when our phone charger stopped working you instantly lent us one! Location, location!! 5 minute walk to Hoi An old town and night market. Taylors a $2 cab if you don't want to walk that bit further. Breakfast are nice. All staff friendly. Always greeted with a smile. Nice pool. Would stay here again!!

This is a modern comfortable hotel overlooking the river. Contains a spa, restaurant and swimming pool. The main plus of this hotel is its location, being situated overlooking the river and within 2 minutes walk of the historic Old Town of Hoi An. Lots to see and do. Highly recommended

Location on the river bank adjacent to walking street of ancient town. Staff were attentive at the front desk and breakfast. Room was well maintained, smell great and fancy.

Great stay close to the ancient town ”
Stayed two nights three days in Hoi An, booked this hotel after loads of comparing and contemplation. When I arrived it looked like it was a great property and it turned out to be exactly what I saw in the pictures. However the one thing I’d like to point out was the room I got had no windows and the balcony opened up to a wall. So if you do end up staying at this place avoid room 106, but I wasn’t too phased by that since I spent all day out and would come back to sleep. definitely stay at the property for the hospitality shown and the ease of checking in and out was astonishingly fast. Also don’t forget to take the bicycles provided (free) by the hotel and cycle into the ancient town, which is a five minute ride from the property. I did that both nights and absolutely loved the experience of cycling through an empty town that’s otherwise bustling with activity.

Excellent Hotel”
Hotel is in a great location a short walk over the bridge into the centre of Hoi An. Cycles are available to hire if required. We had a river view room with a balcony which is a must in my opinion. Room is nice and spacious with a big bathroom and nice shower. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of options..both European and Asian..no complaints. The hotel staff were excellent..always happy to help with any queries. Will definitely stay here again😀

I enjoyed my stay at Laluna Hoian. The whole time I was there the staff made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Especially Namnam! He was very friendly and helpful! The swimming pool was very clean. My room was very spacious with a garden view on the first floor.

Everything was perfect.”
The area was perfect, just 2min walking from the center of Ancient Town. They have free bikes that you can use and the pool was clean. quiet and relaxing. Love the bathtub!

Located away from the busy town centre”
Great location in a more peaceful area than in the town center but still within close walking distance to the town center. Staff are warm and welcoming, Rooms are clean. Beds are sufficiently firm and pillows are sufficiently comfortable. Breakfast has sufficient variety though not a large variety.

Good location excellent service”
We made last minute reservations for two nights and ended up staying for 4 nights in total because of Storm Noru. Laluna was one of the few remaining hotels around us that offered full services despite the storm. Right in the middle of the storm we could see the staff staying up all night to ensure the safety of the guests. It might be a little expensive than other hotels around the area but the little damage in the storm proofed the building structure being quite sturdy and the back up generators kicked right in and it was one of the few places with power for two days. The breakfast buffet was excellent as well and even with shortages in vegetables and fresh ingredients right after the storm, the staff tried their best to make sure all of us were satisfied. The hotel is located five minutes from the Japanese bridge on foot with many small restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Though to some the brown river may not be picturesque but to us the balcony offered an idyllic river view of a quiet part of Hoi an.
