Amazing resort!”
We stayed there for only 1 night but we had an amazing experience. The view and our bungalow was incredible and the service was really great. Breakfast buffet was very yummy, it was my birthday and the manager gave us special drinks for free! Room was clean and very quiet, you can hear the birds singing. We definitely want to come back and stay again! Thank you Nam for your amazing energy and taking good care of us. Your hospitality was amazing and we thank you and the whole team for a wonderful experience.

We had an amazing experience with the hospitable hotel staff who were very helpful from arranging for transport to the local tours at reasonable prices. Room was great and very wonderfully furnished, bed was comfy and room is clean. Pool was clean and had a good view of the paddy fields and mountains -great for taking pictures. We also had a very hearty breakfast at the hotel.

Fabulous Family Getaway!”
Laxsik met our family’s needs beautifully. Our family of seven fit very comfortably in their family bungalow. The children loved the outdoor space and flower field, and we all felt welcomed and at-home. Laxsik felt both family-friendly and luxurious, and we are happy to recommend them to other travelers looking for a great place to stay in Sapa.

Great hideout with magnificent view”
Laxsik was a surprise for me who has been to Sapa & the surrounding area more than 20 times. Our bungalow has a direct view to Mường Hoa valley from a perfect height, high enough to get a panoramic view and low enough to be surround with the local neighbourhoods and paddy fields. Very convenient access by car. The local team shows very good attitude of F&B professionalism. Dinner with grilled local specialties was served in a purple sunset & fire pit. Highly recommended!

Exceptional”
Resort standard but at a very affordable price. A bit far from city center but absolutely worth it. The view was magnificent. Most rooms were facing the entire Lao Chai mountain view, absolutely stunning and unique. The staffs were super helpful, caring and friendly the entire tome i was there. Because its far from the city so i ate there for breakfast and dinner to be convenient. I didnt expect much but the food was great, good taste and served very fast, you can even have room service too. Love all the decors, and they even heated up the fireplace on my last night. Super recommend you choose Panorama Room. 5 stars for this ecolodge!!

Exceptional”
The place is really nice. The view is great and the staff was awesome, really friendly, always ready to help and thoughtful. The price from Sapa center to the resort is 150k by taxi. Since there are not many guests, there was no buffet for breakfast but you can order bread and noodle as much as you want. Not many options but everything served was decent imo. Really nice and relaxing place to lay back and enjoy all the view of the mountain and the calmness with the sound of the river underneath.

Beautiful location outside the city”
Nice place in the mountains, 5km away from Sapa city center. The rooms are clean and warm even during the winter, staff are nice and the view is beautiful. While we where there (before they finished the pool), there wasn't any activity in the place itself - besides watch the view, eat and drink. However, there are activities you can do outside, like hiking, visiting the villages nearby and all other trips people would usefully do when visiting Sapa.

Hotel service is beyond excellent ”
The hotel rooms and views are nice, but it is not hard to find nice views in Sapa. My 5 stars go to all the staff who always go extra miles to provide comfort and the chefs who cook excellent meals . We asked the hotel to book a private car for us and we forgot our tablet in the car. I made a simple request for the hotel to contact our driver and it was returned the next day.

Beautiful place outside the city”
Room is good, clean, cozy and warm in the winter. Staff are nice, food is good and view is beautiful. Not much activity to do within the place (we where there before they finished the pool) but plenty around like hiking, visiting nearby villages and all other activities people usually do in Sapa

Nice Hotel”
Nice decoration and good facilities such as air conditioner and electric blanket. But the hot water in restroom is not always. If it reachs the limit, you should wait 20 minutes to continue.

Loud”
Lovely comfortable beds. Delicious food. Staff is very good. We originally booked the executive bungalow which is right next to a local farm, with hammering all day and loud karaoke in the evenings. We changed to a family bungalow but the owner is building a pool and spa and there was loud hammering all the time. The last night we were there they poured concrete from midnight to 2 am. The rooms also need better furniture. Looks good, but really only the beds are comfortable. The bath tubs leak. The shower is rickety and there is nowhere comfortable to sit.

Super noisy place”
The name ecolodge but when staying here I had to suffer from crazy noice. First the bungalow room is just next too a big road with lot of traffic. Second there are some local people living in a bungalow (who I heard the relatives of the owner and live there permanently ), they made the crazy noice day and night. They put very loud music, they spoke loudly and in the early morning or late evening you can hear their conversation without your wish. Even I made complaints with the reception, it could not be changed as of course they could do nothing with relatives of the owner. This kind of noice destroyed all the efforts of helpful and friendly staff and good chef. Because it's terrible experience when you booked in a far place to avoid the noisy and messy Sapa, but you had to suffer from this bad organization.

We were greeted by the friendly staff and they helped to check us in so quickly. The views from the rooms were amazing. Food served with so tasty as well! Rooms were clean and staff were so helpful. I would definitely recommend this place!

It was good!”
All people were very kind and friendly. Swimming pool waz beautiful, but it was too cold to go inside. I want to visit here in June. Please do not stay standard king room. Because there was no room key (I am not sure whether they forgot to give me or they lost) and the noise of other rooms bothered me so much.... So I want to stay in delux double room pool side if I visit again. Except for this, all thing were good.
