Good value. great staff Only negative is their check in procedures. Takes way too long. Pre bookings should have the iPad sign in system 90% filled out before the customers arrives. Also check in time 2 pm. This is Philippines 99% of hotels have check in from 12. Its just a matter of organising the cleaning staff to clean the early departure rooms ASAP. Meaning check in can start at 12 for those that arrive a bit early As what happens with most Filipino hotels. If 99% can do it. You guys can too 🤔

I came there as the only guest since they were on soft opening. The room is what the pictures depict. Spotless, clean and staff are very friendly. They are still doing a few construction since the entire hotel is not yet done. However, everything was working except for the wifi but since its a soft opening, its okay. Near all the restaurants and nightlife. Booked it on a discounted price. Super cheap and great value for the stay. Definitely recommend!

They require a deposit P1,500 up front, there's a small fridge and a water kettle but no complimentary water. They do sell beverages at the lobby but no food. Not to worry though, plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and a nice mall is within walking distance. The bed is super comfy and the AC is awesome. The toilets have bidets and the shower is fairly decent. For the price right now, it really is value for money. Building is new and they're on soft opening, I think, so a little patience is needed during the check-in process as the front desk is small and they can handle one customer at a time. Staff are very friendly and accommodating though. A con: the bar across the street, which on weekend nights get pretty rowdy so if you find yourself here on the weekend, request for a room that does not face the bar. Otherwise, it's all good. It was my third time to stay here and I obviously have a new favorite in Makati so I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Pros: The room is so neat and clean. Bathroom has hot rainfall shower. Crisp linens. Fresh towels. Accommodating and friendly staff. Location is very accessible (walking distance) to bars, restaurants, coworking space/internet cafes. This hotel exceeded my expectations considering their rate which is the cheapest within the area. Cons: No parking space. I was asked to park in front of the hotel which can only fit 1 car. There’s no parking fee so totally fine with me. If you’re unlucky, you’ll get to park in the streets. Security deposit is too high. They asked for 1500 I only had 1400 in my wallet and they considered it. They have narrow hallways that you’ll hear the elevator chime and even the footsteps of the people outside. There’s also drilling sounds in the morning probably because the hotel’s new and they’re not yet completed finished with the construction. Overall I enjoyed my stay for 4 days. I’ll book this hotel again in the future!

The place was definitely nice and super accessible sa lahat (since I’m going to bars) and the staff are very approachable. You can smoke cigarettes at the parking which is nice. There’s also a cool bar in front of the hotel. DULO is the name and it’s really cool. Overall it’s very cheap and I enjoyed my stay! I just hope they gave me an extra 1 hour before checking out. Cause most of the hotels that I’ve stayed are letting me stay for a bit. That’s all!!! Very good!

The room was clean, the staff was accommodating, the place was conveniently located and literally just walking distance from where we were going to celebrate our anniversary. Stayed for 3 nights before we flew out of the Philippines. After 49 days in the country this was the comfiest bed we slept in and also the best shower we had. Only small issue is that the p1500 safety deposit on arrival is a bit steep and not mentioned when booking. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros - convenient to nightlife, bars and restaurants. Ideal place to base yourself and travel around Makati, Mandaluyung, BGC etc. The staff are amazing. Hot and cold water, kettle and cups in room. Cons - wifi was often poor, chinese guests not respecting other guests. The TV doesntbhave much choice to watch..

The hotel is brand new. Everything was clean nothing was uncomfortable while I stayed. Room has a frige and a kettle. Hot enough shower and strong enough water pressure. The staff was nice. I extended checkout-time for 2 hours by paying extra 250 pesos/hour. They dealt with it flexibly. Would recommend to stay here. Could be even better if check-in is smoother.

Nice Little boutique hotel”
I really enjoyed my stay here, even though there was a mistake with the room allocation and despite the first night when the AC was leaking water , the staff were quick to move me to a new room and and then into my allocated room the next day. The front desk were very helpful, very professional and diligent. The room are basic, clean and the shower as hot water :)

They have more than the usual amenities you get from budget hotels. They've got a mini-ref, water heater, mugs, free toiletries, and television with local channels. Wifi is good and fast. Shower is complete from hot and warm, detachable, overhead and low. The only thing that turned me off a bit was the deposit. I had to walk outside and get some money before check-in. Also, no flat iron available to borrow for my coat and shirt. Nevertheless, it was so worth it and I definitely recommend. They've got a nice view of the city too.

Room was clean, bed was comfy, and staff were friendly and well-trained. The only thing—no breakfast included but for the price, it was fine. Lots of places to eat in around the inn anyway and is walking distance to the Century City mall. Booked again for another overnight stay next month.
