The facilities look like a luxury hotel. And the bed room is great too. Not too many beds in same room which make you feel comfortable enough. Just the air conditioner was too cold and you can change the temperature, only can kill it.

Alcohol bottles had tab WATER in them! During Covid19! ”
Unacceptable and highly irresponsible: The place had several spray bottles labeled "alcohol" for disinfectional purposes standing around everywhere. However - I was absolutly shocked to realize quickly that they contained tab water!! I checked about 10 bottles and 8 contained nothing but water! Grossly negligant!!

YUNI様 we checked all the bottles and some bottles contained hypochlorous acid water labeled as alcohool, booth is used for sterilization and disinfection as a corona countermeasure. we are sorry for the error and we take the measures to correct the misunderstanding. currently, we have made sure that there are no mistakes in the label and contents. we are so sorry to make you feel uneasy. thank you for teach us about the mistake.

Lestel Naha is an exceptional hostel that exceeded my expectations. The beds were immaculately clean and the room was tidied up every day. The bathrooms were well-maintained, and the common areas were cozy and inviting. The on-site bar offered an array of delicious food, coffee, beer, and cocktails. There were plenty of tables available to sit comfortably and work on your laptop. The only minor drawback was the unstable WiFi, which caused significant lags when I tried to watch a movie in bed. Despite this, I highly recommend this hostel for its fantastic amenities and comfortable atmosphere.

ベッドルームは荷物をしまえるロッカーがあり、キャリーケースも広げられるスペースがあります。 シャワールームは綺麗ですし、使いやすかったです。 年末年始の利用で、カフェがオープンしてなかったですが、カフェも使えてたらさらに良いホステルかなと。 近くにセブンイレブンがあるのでコーヒーの調達は簡単です。

バス停からすぐなので、便利。 新しく、きれいで、おしゃれ。 天井が高く、開放感あり。 気持ち良く、親切な対応。 キッチンやランドリーが使えて、使い勝手が良い。 レンジあるけど、レンジ使用できる茶碗がなくて、発泡スチロールの器を使用した。味気無い‼️ コーヒー有るのに、コーヒーカップがないのも不思議。まだ、揃えていないのか？ ドミトリーの部屋は、ハンガーはなかったけど、タオルの用意があった。 旅行サイトには、エレベーターありだったのに、なくて、スタッフの方に重い荷物を2階まで上げてもらった。

今回ひとり旅でドミトリーを利用させていただきました。 男女共同ドミトリーで予約していたのですが、空きがあったのでご配慮で女性専用に変更していただきました！ 立地はとても良く、ゆいレールの駅から徒歩圏内、近くにあるバス停は路線が多く使い勝手が良かったです！ またドミトリールーム、共同のスペースやバスルームなど、どこも清潔に保たれていました。タオルの貸し出しもあります。 スタッフの方も皆さん素敵で、本当に大満足の滞在になりました。 那覇を訪れる際には、また利用させていただきたいです！ ありがとうございました！

唯一無二のCafe&Hostel in Okinawa”
内装の意匠がヨーロッパテイストであり沖縄の同一業態では此処だけだと思う。また特筆すべきは、客室や共用部分の設備の斬新さ、女性スタッフの笑顔を伴った対応力の高さ、水廻りを中心とする毎日の丁寧な清掃、料理へのこだわりである。 但し、男性スタッフの挨拶や笑顔の無さが残念であり接客業としてはメラビアンの法則を勉強すべきだなと感じたね。そこが改善されればAAAの評価としたいが…何はともあれコロナ禍でゲストの数が伸びない中で踏ん張ってオペレーションしていけば、沖縄を含む東アジアの中でも相当なる人気と評価を得られるのではないか？と感じました。
