1. Location on point - close to the night market, and beer street! Also walkable distance to Hoàn Kiếm lake and area! 2. Room (6-female in one) is spacious enough, clean, and tidy. 3. Toilet - Thankfully my room have one of our private bathroom which is very clean and well maintained! Everything is good here. My first stay in hostel and they’ve made it so pleasant!

I had prebooked this stay through Agoda and upon checkin they were unable to find my booking. They requested I temporarily pay for one night and resolve the issues in the morning. The issue was resolved and I promptly received my money back. Overall it was a great stay. It’s perfectly located in the area of Hanoi. The hostel is much bigger than expected with a cafe, indoor pool and little hangout area on the second floor. I appreciated how many washrooms and showers there were on each floor. The facilities were clean and spotless. They provide you with towels that you can change daily. The room was a bit small but had a huge locker. The bed was a bit hard for my liking but I had no issues with falling asleep. The walls are thin so I would recommend bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Overall I would definitely recommend this place and I would come back to stay here again.

Good value, location. Rooms are quiet. I like the huge common restaurant area. The food costs a bit more but they have western options like burgers and pizza. The staff is available 24/7 and very helpful with good attitudes. The only downside is the pool seemed to have lots of sand in the bottom of it. It seems a bit neglected. Other than that, nice hostel in crazy old quarter Hanoi.

Those are the best 6 days in Hanoi for me. Got so many friends within this hostel and got a chance to hangout with different people from different countries in the world at café area & the pool area and all were great as well. Just go for it rather choosing any expensive hotel in hanoi. 10/10 ❤️ I’ll stay here whenever i visit hanoi again.

Staff are fluent in English, clear instructions. Little Charm is like the center of the old town, near famous landmarks of Hanoi, near delicious specialty eateries, ... it's near the night market and western quarter, perfect choice for tourists from the west.

Great Hostel!”
Little Charm Hostel was my first stop in Vietnam and I was definitely happy with it. Overall a great hostel, the staff members are helpful with booking excursions, place is clean and in good condition. I was pretty new to staying in hostels and not a big fan but I didn't hate it. It was nice to meet some people during day trips organized by the hostel and run into them later at dinner or another time. Only thing is I later realized that tickets for activities tend to be more costly booked through the hostel but I guess that's expected and they do deserve to get paid for their efforts.

I could not say a single bad word about this place even if I wanted too staff-amazing, genuinly friendly and helpful. Especially Rosa,Anna and phuc Rooms-amazing. Locker for bag and small locker as well. Beds- super comfy with all the way round curtain. Cafe downstairs- amazing. Met plenty of people so ignore what others say about not it being sociable. Great food and lovely decor. Like a French cafe Swimming pool- super clean. Only one I’ve used so far on my whole trip Showers-super hot and powerful Whole place was sparkling clean. Not one person I met had a bad review about anything. Loved the hostel and Hanoi. Gutted I couldn’t stay longer!! STAY HERE, you will not regret it!

I was in a 4-bed dorm in this hostel. The place is kept clean, and the bed is big and comfortable. Occupants has their own spacious locker in the room with separate key cards per bed. The location is also quite near to Hoan Kiem Lake and there are lots of local restaurants nearby if you want to try Vietnamese cuisine. Price is also reasonable.

Exceptional”
Tucked away in the old quarter of central Hanoi Little Charm provides the perfect sanctuary from all of it's hustle-and-bustle. It is a cheap alternative to a traditional hotel and provides many of the same amenities. My stay was good in part because of Zoe. She was the front desk person there.

One of the best hostels”
Truly one of the better hostels I've stayed. It has everything a solo traveller can ask for. Big spacious electronic locker, clean and comfortable bed, clean bathroom, good social vibes as people gather around the 1st floor to chill and chat, an indoor swimming pool. My only grouse is that the staff who attended to me wasn't friendly. When I had some questions, he would point at a note for me to read myself. No smiles. The other staff who checkout for me was friendlier.

One of the best hostels I've ever been!”
Top hostels, maybe the price a bit higher for Vietnam, but still it's very nice place to stay. They also provide a breakfast and bus booking, but I would not recommend it, because it's expensive and not worth it. Thr amount of breakfast very low and the price is too high.
