Loved My Little Hobbit Room!”
Good online reservation platform, Very friendly and helpful staff,, cute and very clean Little room. I was on tight budget so selected the "small double room." After they got my reservation they even reached out to warn me it was very small and offered a larger room for a bit more money. So I was a bit nervous about just how small it would be. (They did provide dimensions of the bed and the room.) But I loved the room. It was quirky and oddly shared but extremely clean and they'd made the most of every inch of space. Be aware there is construction occurring behind the building (till sometime in 2020) so there's no view at all and noisy during daytime work hours.

The hotel is in an excellent area for food, shopping and located within 7 minutes from two tube stations. The bus line is close as well. Hyde Park is close and great! Our room was Comfortable, very clean and quite. Staff was pleasant and made check in/out a breeze. I’d stay here over and over.

Lovely hotel, great area”
Easily reached from tube station. The staff are very pleasant and extremely helpful. The room we had was very clean and beds comfy. We found the room to be warm even with the heating off. Breakfast was , in our view , very good but is,as advertised, continental. We will certainly revisit this lovely place.it was very quiet and relaxing .

We stayed at the London House for five nights and found it to be clean and comfortable. We had a double room with garden view so we looked out onto the park across the street which was very pretty. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast room was attractive and they served a very nice selection of hot and cold breakfast foods.

Very convenient. Close to metro less than 5 minutes walk which we use a lot to go around the city. A lot of restaurant around the area. Room is very small but i think they’re all the same not spacious room. But clean. Breakfast was just ok. Very basic. I would like to stay in this hotel again cause of the location.

Great Little Hotel”
This is a perfect little hotel for visiting central London. The room I had was small and compact, but was functional and very clean and quiet. Air conditioning worked very well which was important for this time of year (late July). Hotel is located in a vibrant neighborhood near Hyde Park with many hotels and bars and a 5 minute walk to the underground. Staff were friendly and courteous. Would definitely stay again.

Best location for the price”
The hotel is located in a great quiet street. Near the hotel there are two main metro stations that will take you everywhere in London (We went to the Harry Potter transport bus from there and all over London). The hotel will give you a cellphone with free 3G connection that is really helpful. Near the hotel there are many restaurants that are a good for quick bit before going to a day trip or for a nice dinner. It is not near anything by walk if that is important (I truly think this is not) One thing that is not good is the room size, quite small but we manged with two luggage and a lot of equipment for the winter Definitely recommend this hotel, next time in London i'll come only to this one.

Hotel good, Agoda mixed up room type”
I booked a standard double, but Agoda submitted it as standard single. The staff were great looking for an alternative and thankfully found a free double room. The room was great, clean, comfy bed, nice sheets and towels. Noise levels from the road were not heard, however the same couldn't be said about the hallway. Overall would stay again. Bayswater Station Max is 5 Mins walk

Had an overnight stay for a wedding anniversary, was not sure if hotel would be a good standard it was. If you are looking for a weekend break, budget of under £100 then this is a superb option booked with Agoda great deal on hotel. Close to Underground and easy 5 mins walk, superb restaurants 2 mins walk

Fast access to many London attractions and 3 tube lines. Lots of food and shopping options within walking distance and easy access to airport by tube. Staff most helpful and rooms well appointed. In house breakfast, extra charge, a good value, full English breakfast of very high quality buffet style. I will be tegular there whilst travelling.
