Very good stay”
Very close to King Cross Station, and it is clean enough. The staff was very helpful and help to stored my blue cheese in the fridge until my check out. However, the toilet and shower room is a bit far, as I have to climb one stair up to get to the toilet, and there is only stairs in this building that full of old England style.

Convenient and Comfortable Hotel”
The hotel is located just a short walk from King Cross St Pancreas Train and tube station. Its vicinity has many eateries, retail shops and supermarkets. The room is small but comfortable. Due to Covid-19 it does not serve breakfast during this period although it is a Bed and Breakfast Hotel. This should not be a problem as there are many places to get your meals settled. There is kettle, coffee and tea and free Wifi provided and these are the plus point. One suggestion is for the room to provide fridge. I will recommend this hotel to budget conscious travelers.

Staff friendly, the hotel clean, surroundings quite, location close to kingscross station 2-3mins walk. Provided with TV but no hairdryer and the WiFi is very slow.

Solo trip to London”
This hotel is in a very good location, close to 3 mainline train stations and very close to buses into the city and other areas too. It’s on a street overlooking a grassed/park area which is nice enough to sit it. My only concern was I knew it was a shared bathroom Altho the shower was next to my room the toilet was up a flight of 18 stairs. Not good for someone with mobility and health issues. The single room was adequate nice comfy bed, pillows and kettle for making hot drinks (there’s a sink in the room for water), plus tea, coffee and powdered milk to go with them.

I was lucky enough to get my sleep before the 4AM crowd got back. I guess it all depends on the luck of you booking.

Stayed here for one night after reading reviews which all seemed ok. Room small and very basic. Very dated. Location fir the station was good but it was also really noisy.

Budget ”
It's a budget hotel ,as they say you get what you pay for .I was on the top floor 3 flights stairs no lift ,opposite a park which can be very noisy at night with local youths. Location first class 5 min walk to underground and buses ,its clean but don't expect luxury .if you on a budget you can't beat it

Ideal for an overnight stay”
We were in London to see The Cursed Child (a must for Harry Potter fans). We arranged to drop our bag off at 11am and we arrived back at 11pm. Room looked clean, smelt clean and was clean. Fan in the room was a godsend. Shared toilet and bathroom need an upgrade but were clean. Husband enjoyed his full english. No vegan equivalent food but the muesli with soya milk and toast and marmalade were nice. All the staff we met were friendly. London is not as big a place as you think and most of the tourist attractions are walkable from Kings Cross if you want to give the tube a miss. I would stay here again

Just stayed here overnight as I missed the last train. The location is perfect, less than 5 mins walk to kings cross and St Pancras, the street outside is fairly quiet. I stayed in a single room with shared bath - yes, the room is very small as others have said, but as I was here for 8 hrs only, perfectly fine. The room and hotel in general is very clean and tidy, which is a cut above others in the area for a similar price. Well recommended, I will stay here again if I can't make a late train or have one early in the morning.
