I had booked a standard king room for 5 nights. This hotel is located at a prime location everybody is mostly aware of it ..I was new in the UK when I stayed here and this hotel provided me with the best amenities starting with delicious breakfast(and excellent team that manages the breakfast hall),well cleaned rooms(house keeping team-helena does a great job), helpful and courteous staff members they even helped me in getting print outs.. i wanted to shift my luggage later after checking out from this hotel they even let me keep the luggage until 7pm at the hotel it was such a massive help. The reception staff josh, Malik, ramen all are very helpful and approachable. My stay was lovely, wouldn't mind staying again..thank you MacDonald Manchester hotel.

We booked it as a place to just rest our heads after watching Ed sheeran in concert, and the price was alot cheaper than anywhere else and we got 4 people in 1 room! The hotel was so much more than we expected! The room was spacious and clean, the beds were very comfy, the bathroom was gorgeous and all facilities were there that we could of needed! We opted for breakfast the next morning and everything was delicious! There was a good selection on offer and well worth the money. Considering it was a very busy weekend for them, the staff were extremely helpful and always on hand if we needed them! Would definitely recommend and will be staying again.

Lovely gem”
First time in Manchester and loved the hotel walking distance from the train station ,staff were genuinely lovely not just the reception staff. Rooms were spacious loved the bathrooms my room had a deep bath and shower water pressure lovely . I would definitely stay again here when coming back to Manchester.

I really enjoyed my stay. My room was nice specious, clean, with massive window with good view. The amenities and facilities were good, the only thing is that the bathroom looked a little old. But I'd be happy to stay there again.

We stayed here when attending a concert . Great location , lovely hotel only slight downfall was the lift to the spa area was broken so you had to go down and out of hotel to building next door . Whilst the spa was lovely they didn’t have a pool and as one member was expecting this would of been the only option for her at the time . Would still stay here again though

The hotel is in a good location for Piccadilly Stn and 15min walk from down town, we felt it was well located. Although, we did have difficulty finding the parking lot but - trust your sat nav and not your instincts. Desk staff were efficient and welcoming and helpful throughout. Room smelt fusty but it was clean and linen and bedclothes clean and fresh. Nice shower. Breakfast was very good but at additional charge. Bar staff and breakfast staff were also very good. We ended up with mixed feelings about the hotel, the difficulty of locating the parking lot and the initial hit of the room gave it a bad start. The friendlyness of the staff helped us warm to the place. I think we would stay their again if the opportunity arose.
